Photo ops? No one said not to come. Jeh JOhnson from DHS was there so I call shenanigans on the do not come part.
A 18 wheeler of things that were needed were also brought. He visited many areas. Was there about 4-5 hours. Then left and felw to another rally.
Hillary sat her as at home and Obama golfed.
Sorry....the sitting POTUS responded to Ferguson sooner that this...

Some might argue that.
Joking aside, you cannot be serious and try to justify burning a flag of YOUR country. It's beyond my mind, why is such idiotic action allowed, and why do those idiots go unharmed.
Our Supreme Court has ruled flag burning to be free speech. It's just a piece of cloth and a Chinese made one at that.

John Bel Edwards, the Governor of Louisiana, says that President Obama and the White House have been in constant communication with him since the disaster took place, and praised Obama for having “shown that the flooding is a priority.” Edwards has also made clear that he asked the President not to visit the state just yet, due to the drain on resources that a federally protected figure and his necessary entourage can tend to have when traveling into a disaster area.
In other words, President Obama hasn’t gone to Louisiana yet because the state has asked him to wait for the right time. As it turns out, Donald Trump wasn’t supposed to be there either. He traveled to the disaster area without offering the basic common courtesy of notifying that Governor that he would be doing so, and this was after Edwards had warned him not to show up for a “photo op.”
Edwards said he urged the president to wait a few weeks before visiting as the huge presidential security undertaking involved would interfere with recovery efforts.
“It is a major ordeal,” he told MSNBC late Thursday, the same day U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson met with Edwards to see the emergency response.
Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Craig Fugate defended Obama’s decision not to visit.
“We still have response operations going on,” Fugate told CNN. “To move the president into a disaster area actually takes away some time from the response and the focus on” saving people.
Fugate has said he talked with Obama this week about the response. The president has also declared it a federal disaster, freeing up emergency resources.
U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and his running mate toured the flood-damaged city of Baton Rouge on Friday, despite the Democratic Louisiana governor’s urging not to make political stops in areas affected by recent deadly rains.

Meh, bullying always tries to get a rise out of victims so they can say see, look they hit us back!
Down here in my area, they would certainly get their wish.
and it is happening on both sides of this circus, equally as abhorrent.

Why do we not hear Obama condemning this behavior? Where is Hillary? Why, if for no other reason, common decency, are the Dems not speaking out against this? I think we all know the answer.
Bikers, please step up.

Any American Citizen , and those who are Not , Publicly Burn the Flag of the United States in the Streets Deserve to get their Ass Beat . Just My Opinion .
Our military fights for our way of life, which includes the right to burn the flag. One might find it disrespectful or impolite, but it is a right we have. That is why we do not 'beat the asses' of people who do this.

Ignorance knows no bounds.
The man just got back from helping flood victims to receive this kind of welcome?
Typical...
S&F very good point, while the president is golfing on the Vineyard; Donald Trump had reached out to the victims of the Louisana flooding.
The governor of La asked Obama to wait a week. They weren;t ready for a presidential motorcade.
Trump didn't even tell the Governor he was coming, used up a bunch of officers to escort him and got a couple photo ops.
That is a lie and has been pointed out to you on another thread. Trump used absolutely ZERO local officers. He only had his security detail (SS and his own hired security) . You know this is a lie and you repeat it on multiple threads. YOU ARE A LIAR.
Take a chill pill, she did not lie, you just dont like like her answer. Now go find proof of what she said was a lie, makes for better threads.
Videos prove me correct. NO POLICE. Not one single police officer is seen in any video from the time he hit the tarmac. Only his security detail in casual plain clothes (identified by having earpieces) No gaggle of reporters, just a few local reporters as is evidenced by a lack of adequate sound on videos (no boom mics) No speeches, just meeting people. You can't even hear what he says to those people most of the time because of the lack of professional reporters. If there had been any police presence, I would think you would have seen them on the multitude of personal videos people were taking with their cell phones. The only people seen in uniform were National Guard members that were taking a meal during a break, sitting down inside an area for volunteers. Jeez, you people have so much hate, you are willing to make up crap to fit your agenda. None of us can know for a fact whether Trump was there out of true concern or to make a good impression for his campaign. Either way it doesn't matter. You can choose to believe he did it for campaign purposes and that's fine but you CAN NOT make false claims about police presence.

They were out celebrating Bill's birthday. Aug 19.
Hard to tweet condolences with a giant frozen margarita in one hand.
I wonder if Huma actually did the communications.

You have a right to burn your own flag on your own property if local zoning laws allow open burning.
Burning a stolen flags, or even your own flag, on public property or on somone else's property is a crime and a public safety hazard.

Those who would do such a thing are Spitting in the Face of their Constitutional Rights , and IMO are Undeserving of Respect when they themselves do not Respect the Symbol of their Country and what it Represents .
