Had a Dream a year or so ago about a Planet in the Sky and it looked like this...Wow

You do realize that a body of that size and mass, would cause tremendous gravitational and tidal effects.
We would know it was there long before it would be visible to the human eyes or low magnification.
The amount of earth quakes, tidal waves and volcanic eruptions would be at a level never before seen by the human race.

The same goes for Planet X, Y and Z.
If a large terrestrial body gets anywhere close, we'll feel the effects long before it gets within plain sight.
