Breaking Update: House Judiciary Referral for Hillary Clinton Perjury Charges

On Monday August 15, 2016 the heads of the House Judiciary and Oversight
committees updated the official referral to federal prosecutor; laying out
specific claims of where they find Hillary Clinton lied under oath to Congress
about her personal server and emails housed on it while she served at the
Department of State.

In at least four separate occasions during an appearance before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, the lawmakers alleged, the former secretary's claims were at odds with what the FBI has now discovered to be the truth about her private server.

clips from her statements under oath, comparing them to
the FBI director Comey's statements from his official press
conference and House Testimony.

reports from the FBI to Congressional Oversight on Secretary Clinton's
FBI Interview possibly even today.

It is interesting that there are so many "reports" from
supposed officials and news sites ... many of them cite
"unnamed" sources. Since it is not even illegal to publish
false news and lie to the public...like they do everyday!

I am sure they will have a few Correct the Record directives
out in no time, probably already do.

They should just pick the second candidate on both sides and use them to elect the president.

Trump is probably going to turn this Country into chaos and Hillary will be there to teach our young that lying is much more beneficial than telling the truth.

We have a no win situation in this country. Well, maybe for the Devil it could be a win.

She pleads ignorance to everything, twists the truth (also says blatantly false statements though), and yet will still probably never be brought up on charges for any of this. Haven't you seen what's been going on? The entire system, all of the string-pullers and power brokers are endorsing her and want her to be the new Puppet in Chief. That's how it will go down and I will be shocked at any other outcome (although believe me, I truly do wish for her downfall).

I want to believe this will be a genuine investigation. But there's no more wind in my sails.

Hillary will claim she didn't intend to lie and that will be that.

I mean one of my dark dreams come true (not a nightmare) would be for Trump and Clinton to both be disqualified just before it's time to vote. What the hell would that mean? I get that it'll never happen, but it's just something that a part of me wishes for. Not chaos for the sake of chaos, but the right kind of stimulus for people to take a few steps back and really think outside the box.

Though, judging from the way Americans have reacted to various events in the recent past... it wouldn't go that way... and it would be mindless reactionaries and extremists using the chaos for their own benefit. Meh

Every time I see one of these threads I click hoping to read the news that FINALLY the hammer .. ANY hammer at all.. Is coming down on her.

And every time I'm disappointed. Don't get me wrong I can't stand her and would love for her crimes known and unknown to be paraded everywhere followed by trumps so that all you statist out there will see what a scam this all is..

This may be what sinks clinton, lying to congress. if she does get elected how co-operative do you think congress will be with the person who lied to them? hillary might be laughing now but congress will get the last laugh if she is elected.

Excellent point, and since her "mandate" is "not donald" and
she basically does not even have a platform, she would
be a lame duck up to the very moment they impeach her.

At the very least, this will lead to a Contempt of Congress vote.
