The answer is what the left and Obama will not touch in any capacity as it reveals too many dark truths.

The answer is family.

That's where it starts and ends. A mother and a father, together, raising their children and teaching/instilling morals/education/values.

That's also why in all this black vs white, racial blame lately, you don't hear from the Asian community. Why is that? Strong family values and a priority put on education.

It's noticeable many of these inner city youths who get in trouble with the law are carrying guns, gang banging, selling drugs and out on the streets at 2am, 3am, 4am. Where the hell are the parents?

That said, I am a product of a broken household. Deadbeat drug using dad left when I was an infant.

A sIngle amazing mother, who to this day is a full time waitress raised me by herself.

Poor, no father, and I turned out just fine.

The man shot and killed by a Milwaukee police officer Saturday was charged last year in a shooting and then charged with trying to intimidate a witness in that shooting.

I'd suggest, "family" is the general rule of thumb. Want a general solution, look to fix the broken home issue and what it does to the culture of family.

But your experience seems leans more towards a previous post of mine, personal accountability and ambition. Simply fighting to have a better life and higher ceiling.

Apparently, the victim he was accused of shooting was intimidated by him and his girlfriend and decided to not testify in court.

Although, there were recorded phone calls of him calling for the intimidation of the witness (a felony), the court decided to drop charges against him.

Probably because the system is racist against blacks?
