The early report is engine trouble.

Oshkosh is off to a bad start. Yesterday a de Haviland Venom crashed on takeoff in Sheboygan, WI. He was taking off to practice a formation flight with a Meteor, and crashed into a corn field, before bouncing into a calving barn. Two farm employees were transported, one airlifted in critical condition, the other by ambulance. The pilot was killed. Multiple animals were either killed or had to be euthanized as a result.

my alternative caption would be the call to the paint shop - "No way guy! We definitely said 'Air Seoul'. You need to come and fetch it back.

Yes, and a PA32 crashed on takeoff enroute to OSH, a DC-3 crashed on TO enroute there. No casualties on the latter, 2 dead in the Cherokee.

STill, hoping for the best.

I wish it was, but its really just my infantile sense of humour. It is actually an Air Seoul aircraft, my imagination did the rest lol

Pretty sure that was doing the rounds on reddit a couple of days ago.

Fascinating stuff, it’s hard to imagine that they’ve just been left there to decay.

Nice to see the T models up again.

I dont' know if there's a way to tell what aircraft are where.

But I was at the pool yesterday and saw 2 F-18's fly by over head going into Opa Locka Airport around 6pm. And again a few minutes later doing a go around.

They are loud as hell when you're under them.
