ALL Cellphone Numbers, Emails Of DEMS In Congress Hacked

Is this just a list of numbers and email addresses? Or the content?

If its just a list, it might have been accumulated through public records or social engineering. And it would be more bothersome than anything because they are probably going on spam lists.

If its email content then thats more of a problem for them.

I know how you feel.
It's just that...well, the MSM isn't really doing their job anymore.
They are now officially and institutionally becoming part of the problem, by no-longer investigating corruption and, in fact helping to propagate, facilitate and deflect from it when it comes from the left.

The DCCC hack took place a while ago...so I imagine these emails and phones have also been specifically hacked for content by now.
That's probably why they released the actual numbers now...they've already been mined.

As long as it's not personal correspondence I couldn't care less.

These are public servants we're talking about. Transparency should be the cornerstone of serving the public.

You shouldn't be able to get paid by the people while hiding shady dealings in the background.

The sad part is we need to rely on hackers to get the truth.

Somehow Trump will get blamed.

As they are supposed to be public servants, we should follow the police department's lead...and fit every politician with a body cam.

With all the one sided dnc hacks and leaks, its hard to not imagine that some 3 letter agencies agents arent helping with this.

Perhaps there is a lot more truth to the way hillary treated agents in the secret service and other agencies , than the trump russian connection. Enough so , to the point they are trying or assisting with sabotaging her campaign?

Hacking somebody's private information is despicable...and I assure you while it may seem funny when it happens Democrats, it will not be funny when it happens to someone you support, or to a friend, or to a loved one..

I chose not to read the article even though I saw it on Drudge and I hope that my fellow conservatives will do the same despite the temptation to revel in another undoubted embarrassment for Democrats....

My friends and family are not nefarious actors in control of my country. The "victims" of these hacks are.

Rule of law is gone my friend. The elites have shown us with their actions that they don't respect it, and neither should we when doing battle with these leeches. Tolerance, kindness, and respect for fellow citizens. Zero mercy for government manipulators.

I would not be upset to see any and all democrats and republicans in government, lobbyists, and other government officials hacked. They are a rogue group usurping the power of the American people. It's either this way, or with blood.

People have been demanding true transparency and accountability for those in government, the government being the ones with all the power refuse. The only other option is to steal the information they refuse to give is. The information about how this country is truly being ran.

People tried to assassinate Hitler because he was destroying Germany and there was no other way to stop him. This is a similar issue. But instead of one man, it's a system. You cannot assassinate a system. The only way to kill a rotten system is by exposing it for everyone to see. The only way to do this is via hacking. FOIA requests will get you nowhere. That is our only legal way to obtain information about what the government is up to.


Some part of me thinks (or hopes) that all these leaks and hacks are part of a bigger organization that has formed in order to fight against the corrupt system. Maybe cicada 3301 was a recruitment tool for such a group. There's got to be someone out there with resources and intelligence and also has their moral compass pointed the right way. Maybe that's where all this is coming from. We can only hope.

I don't know if they really got hacked, it may be a smoke screen or distraction for something. If Guccifer 2.0 was real wouldn't he go after more than just phone numbers and email addresses? If he wanted to bring down Clinton why wouldn't he go after the Clinton global initiative or Clinton foundation, or show all the deals with foreign nationals for favors or deals with corporations for favors, the deals with corporations isn't illegal but if she wants to be transparent why would she need to hid it, but deals with foreign nationals for favors is illegal like the deal with the Lebanese businessman that donated a billion to Clinton global initiative for favors. But that's just my opinion.

I think all of this information was obtained in a single hack or two and is simply being released slowly. On the other hand - it could be continuous. There is no stopping a band of hackers determined IMO. They can bring in all the professionals to look for weak spots they want, it will only make more weak spots with the fixes in place for the original ones.

Then again you make a good point about them wanting this to happen. They may not want to be exposed persay..but they could definitely want to implement tons of new overreaching cyber laws and these hacks are just the way to make that happen. Cuz National security n all.

Wouldnt it be amazing if all of Clinton's current email addresses and personal cell numbers came out? She would be trolled so hard. Hah

Screw them. Im more democrat leaning and i think this is what those bastards had coming. I hope it happens to the RNC as well and all politicians. Obama himself even. I am even all for somebody i support being hacked if it means the truth comes out and their wrongs are exposed.

Literally millions of Americans have their identity stolen each and every year. Facebook, bank/financial, and email accounts are hacked by the millions ALL the time. It happens. Peoples credit and reputations get ruined. It sucks when it happens to you or a loved one but life goes on and stuff gets fixed.

Your average joe has been targeted in cyber crimes both from the government and criminals with know how for years now. If we have to put up with it, so should they.

The maginfying glass should be applied both ways. Another poster said it best - they are rouge. Rouge groups MUST be taken down a peg.

Mwahaha, oh how the tides have turned. The Dem insiders thought they were so clever to utilize the NSA access to squash and silence their opponents, or force them to follow along for so many year. Well theres been a revolt, and I personally believe this is the other side of the coin now using the NSA to return the favor, but much more publicly.

The Dems do not stand a chance in the Presidential race, or the congressional seats. Too much dirt, too much looking like a fool that cannot even safeguard their internal communications, let alone national security.
