If our tax dollars were being spent smartly and efficiently, then you'd have a point.
But they aren't.
So you don't.

Why not just get rid of income tax and have a flat sales tax. Then you get to tax rich people more and I get to tax drug dealers and illegals more. Win-win for everybody. Write me in as your vote.

But socialists have MADE it their business because they can only function in a class-conflict society.

Will she lower or raise taxes.
I could care less how much she made or paid. I don't care how much anyone made or paid.
Why, as a society, have we invested ourselves so much into how much a person makes? It's none of our business how much Hillary made.
It's a contrived, artificial metric to measure people against each other.
The US is one of the least taxed nations in the world. There comes a point where taxes can only be lowered so much before they cannot be lowered anymore and the government will be unable to continue to run. Thus you are eventually going to have to accept that taxes WILL have to be raised at some point in the future. It could be Hillary doing it, or it could be a completely different President after Hillary leaves office. It doesn't matter. The Republican wet dream of always lowering taxes is going to bankrupt the country if it continues unabated.
Bull. Government does not have to grow. Taxes do not have to be raised.
Salaries and what people are worth is no ones business. But socialists have MADE it their business because they can only function in a class-conflict society.

This has nothing to do with the evil "socialists", this is a long standing tradition going back to the 1960s. It is about transparency and a gesture to the American people. A Presidential candidate saying, "Hey, I'm asking to represent all of you as the leader of our country, so in return I'm going to open myself up to you and show you I have nothing to hide."
And yes, Government should grow just as economies should grow. Like it or not, you depend on government services and spending just like everyone else does in this country.
