Whoaaaa. I already knew about this being a strong possibility but, Whoaaaa.

This document is one this forum mulled over months ago.

It states the DIA knew a Wahhabi nut group would likely take parts of Syria through the cauldron of the Syrian concocted rebellion where the rebels were mostly Wahhabi, Al Qaeda backed groups supplied by American proxies: Saudi and Qatar.

These groups DID NOT create ISIS

Isis was created out of the Iraq war and insurgency and jump started after Obama prematurely left Iraq. Isis only went to Syria to exploit that war already GOING ON.

Not to defend Obama but the statement by Trump is false and misleading


American black-op policy did want ISIS to assist in destroying Syria, true, and Obamas war on ISIS is a wimpy phony war...


That's what Trump should be telling the people, the truth not distorted nonsense.

President Obama pulled our entire military presence from Iraq after the US and its many allies took the country from the Islamo fascist saddam Hussein...it was after our exit from the Iraq theatre that Isis came to power...so as causality teaches, Obama ordered a complete withdrawal and Isis emerges to fill the vacuum...
We had spent blood and treasure to hold that land and to give it up was without precedent in the history of the high west...
Can you imagine us leaving Korea after fighting the communists to a stalemate in the Korean Conflict???

And yea, Obama actually explicitly stated in 2008 when he was running for POTUS that he wanted to defund NASA and redistribute money meant to expedite scientific research.

I find it somewhat ironic that he intentionally tried to defund NASA, whilst simultaneously pushing a 'climate change' agenda that derives all of its data from NASA.

Even if he believed that US led space exploration wasn't a priority, one would think that for the sake of climate research Obama would be making it rain over there (no pun intended).

I know I'll get eaten alive for saying this but here we go.

The Middle East is a powder keg from WWII and the imperialist countries going into a depression after such, thus having to abandon the Middle East. When doing so out of spite the lines were redrawn putting faction ethnic groups together in a country. Since we have exploited that and taken resources for some time. If a country doesn't play along with our narrative than we put boots on ground. Notice Saudi Arabia is good allies while sharia law is alive and well.

Maybe switch to electricity and drop aid and books. Because me thinks keeping soldiers over there just perpetuates war. God knows someone in my yard telling me what to do wearing a different flag on there shoulders creates a problem.

First off you got the wrong war...there were 2 world wars and it was the FIRST WORLD WAR that saw Britains 1915 plan to redraw the Middle East come to fruition...most notably with the abolishment of the caliphate in 1924.

I'm a Brit so really do not get to see much coverage of this esp as I am currently in South East Asia, I actually like Trump he is bringing a new angle to this election and "could" possibly be the person that the USA needs right now. Quite how Hillary is still even relevant is beyond me..

But would I be right in thinking that a comment like that can be turned by the MSM to just look like you are saying anything and everything that comes to mind, I say that as not everyone is as well informed as the good patrons of ATS and many are just brain dead f#cking morons at best (Obama second term).. Excuse me for being a few years off on the first part. But the other part becomes an opinion. Spending trillions of dollars to piss off a large group of people will summon a response. This is the longest war we have been in as a country and no end is in sight. Which is curious because we have waged war with far richer countries. Well he's telling the truth. If not for Obama and Hillary's meddling in orchestrating the failed Syrian uprising as part of the disastrous Arab Spring the civil war would never have begun and the Islamic State would've remained a small group operating in Western Iraq, confining it's activities primarily to murder and theft as opposed to a multi-continent terror war.

Donald Trump is better than Hillary, but I wouldn't say he's what we need. We need a strong mind that isn't a narcissit. Gary Johnson is alright but truthfully we don't have the best options right now.
However I don't mind Trump for not wanting WWIII with Russia and maybe leaving NATO. Most of my federal taxes go to the largest funded military in the world. Maybe instead of funding hatred towards us the international community can decide actions to take and fund it fairly so rash decisions aren't made and their isn't a singular enemy to most of the world.
