July 9: Bernie meets with President Obama at the White House. Promises to work with Hillary to stop Trump, but still did not fully endorse her or allude to ending his campaign.
July 11: MSM starts echoing that Bernie will endorse Hillary the next day.
I need to go back and read some more, since I'm just going off memory, but I recall MSM pundits and supporters of Hillary demanding Sanders to end his campaign and endorse her. After July 10, it seems as if it were a forgone conclusion.
Clinton e-mails reinvigorate inquiry into allies who got special job status
Aside from Abedin, Clinton political allies who were granted the special status included Maggie Williams, Clinton’s 2008 campaign manager; Jeremy Rosner.
Rosner, a pollster who worked for the National Security Council during Bill Clinton’s administration, had a special government employee assignment in 2011, a period during which he continued his association with the Washington-based political consulting firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Rosner said his work at State, on a public diplomacy project in Pakistan, was unrelated to the Clintons.

There's probably a lot of pressure being put on the family to help put a stop to inquiries and questioning by "conspiracy theorists."
While no one will care about crooked politicians desires, the wishes of the poor family holds weight for most.
Best way to shut down looking into it. "Respect the wishes of the family, let it go."
In the end though, if we truly believe truly powerful people are involved, we must consider the possibility the family are being leaned on as well.

Didn't the father initially say he didn't think it was a robbery because nothing was taken? This whole thing is suspicious. If I were them, I'd move mountains to find out who killed my son. Which includes listening to those 'conspiracy theorists'.

Conspiracy Theory Alert!
What if Seth Rich survived his injurys and hoaxed his death? Eh, I know, let it go.

Seth's parents believe it was a random crime involving their son. Hillary met with them privately on Monday so I'm sure the parents were impressed with the gesture and sentiment.
Omaha-World Herald
I understand the family's wishes and at the same time I understand the fact another murder has occurred which has ties to a long history of suspicious deaths related to certain people.

This plus the 20,000k reward from Wikileaks on any information on Seth Rich's death makes it pretty clear that he was a working with them.
It also shows how desperate the Clinton cabal is and indicates that Assange may truly have some gold that he is waiting for just the right moment to release.

If the family admits they knew their son was the leak then it opens them up to danger from the people who killed their son. Those who hired the assassins would assume Seth might have shared info. with his family/GF or may have told them why he did it.

Yes, that's true. But, at some point, you have to think why Seth risked his life, for the sake of our country's future. Was it all for naught?
This is bigger than Seth. If he was the DNC leak then he took that chance and lost his life for it. Someone else needs to pick up the baton where he left off. I was hoping his dad would do it, and be damned if anyone tried to threaten him.

I'm still considering the idea that Rich didn't collect the data in order to leak it but to alert someone else of the fact that he had discovered something wrong...and that someone else gained access to it from him and leaked it.
He got the blame for doing the internal hack...but someone else...perhaps someone he'd confided in and trusted, leaked it for their own motives.
