Another example of the extremely careless, technically unsophisticated democratic nominee for president.

Only a silly person could still support this wretched excuse of a candidate for president.

The more and more irrefutable evidence that stacks up in the public eye of her either lack of capability or wanton disregard for policy and procedure, or both, the harder it will be to sell that lip-sticked pig.

The public is already mostly feeling that Trump is an unacceptable and unfit candidate. As this continues and the public more widely scrutinizes Clinton in the same way, we will be set up for an insane next few months. It almost seems like the narrative of BOTH of these candidates being unfit is being built up. For what possible reason, I don't know.

I'm still not convinced she isn't going to win in a landslide but the more this stacks up, the more of an opening a third option will have. Or, I suppose, it could portend something far more sinister. Will be interesting, whichever way it goes.

Two things.... "Can you email me on other email." What email would that be? Clinton's hidden email for conducting nefarious business or Huma's email address?

The second, if both candidates are found to be unelectable, does that mean BO gets to serve another stinky 4 year term? Is there anything in the law or constitution that hints towards this kind of insane situation?

Cheers - Dave

This is my biggest concern as there is certainly evidence of this narrative building. I"m pretty sure Jaded is correct in that the House woild ultimately decide (does it fall under the 12th? Does the Senate select the VP in such a scenario?).

I am not delusional enough to think the House would decide between already viable third party candidates without a major fight.

What they would DESIRE to do in such a scenario, especially if leaders in the halls of power helped craft said scenario, is what scares me.

it's possible that HRC handed Huma the blackberry and said, 'You take care of this stuff today" without giving remote access.

Certainly possible! Based on what I know about classified information, which is admittedly not much, I still imagine such would be a serious violation of the law or at the very least a gross breach of protocol.

I'm sure someone with better knowledge of the statutes surrounding these matters would have a more accurate answer.

If the electorate is unable to bestow the presidency upon a candidate, the House of Representatives will make the choice.

At least such is my understanding of the current protocols.

Well. We know where that would end up lol. I was more concerned with Hillary and Trump being disqualified for criminal or other reasons. If there is no choice between those two, does it then fall to Johnson or Stein?

Cheers - Dave

All of this is so anti-climatic my boys are blue. Assange and Snowden, my BS detector is telling me I think these guys are nothing but triple spies. "Limited hangouts" look it up. Has any of the information leaked from these yahoos caused the US house of cards to fall yet? Snowden even gets a movie. Gives all his files to Glen Greenwald of Washington post of all people for crying out loud. A major CFR member. Assange? The guy is all talk and produces nothing we don't already know or suspect. He's actually more of an asset for the US' foreign policy than a deterrent.

Huma already has high security clearance and these emails have already been viewed by hundreds if not thousands of people with the same clearance. And is anyone actually surprised? Not one bit. So Assange releases a one line comment from Huma which no one really gives a frick about which isn't worth the bytes it came on. Speaking of emails, why did Assange sit on the latest dump until AFTER Bernie was eliminated? Wouldn't it have been prudent to release what people were suspecting before Bernie got screwed? No because that would have messed up the rigging.

What's Assange's view on 911? How about Snowden? You see, these things really bother me and I think I've finally caught on to the scam.

The current balance tips far republican in the House, but I do know that Trump wouldn't stand a chance if he really is sincere. If he is what he says and means to clean up as much of the mess as he can, there's no way they'd ever put him in, so they would fall to someone else.

Hillary would be out, I imagine with the republican majority, who would they put in rather than Trump?

That's who we might end up with rather than the two we are thinking of at present.

According to the records, Huma did have a TS clearance
courtesy of Hillary, and despite her failure to provide
accurate financial information, and the triple dip
that was also approved by HRC.

www.judicialwatch.org...

However, they are all still subject to review, and could be revoked.

Hill still has a cronie at the State Dept. however....

Existence of addresses like hrod17@clinton... and proved usage of such addresses by high profile people is sign of total IT illiteracy. This means that somebody created X generic accounts "for future use", paired this accounts with password and sent this list somewhere. Another question is if Huma Abedin changed password to her generic clintomail account after she obtained credentials. I would bet anyone that at least 25% of password exchange is/was done in plaintext ...

Just a question but if a candidate won the election but was jailed before taking office what would happen?? Would the sitting president remain while a new vote was arranged? At that point you could say the vice president could become president but would that even be legal?? I don't believe it would be because they didn't win the office and the person they are tied to is no longer eligible. So what would happen??

She was already cleared for thr emails at this point it's just beating a dead horse. Stuff like this can cost an election you don't focus on attacks you can't win.

It has already come out that for the first several months as Secretary of State, Clinton's email did not even have password protection.
Didn't even have protection against viruses.

I think its fairly clear to anyone that the POTUS is chosen ahead of the game, this woman has done nothing but lie, scam, be involved in immensely shady stuff that could even include multiple murders and just about every lack of security based decision making EVER and she's STILL in the race...

Its not a race, its theatre for the US public and nothing else...

Add to that this incredible flood towards getting Islam everywhere and giving pretty Radical people the ability to assert control over matters of defence and you have a very very bad situation that can only get worse..

Your guess is as good as mine as to what the end game is but I suspect it will be not a good time for most of the worlds population. There's too much power out there and its in the hands of people who would and do willingly use it to keep us either down or out.

Yes, I am sure your right. Even if her T.S. clearance was secured
at the time ( which it might not have been ) she would not have
been able to work for Teneo and Clinton Foundation without
approval, which she near 100% would not have been given.

There are indications of multiple violations going on ...

I would be fired if I did something similar. And I'm small admin of small company in country often mistaken with Chechnya.

Good luck with your next POTUS

That's the problem, you know you would be fired yet this woman and her cohorts seem to be able to break laws left, right and centre and conduct their business in a way that its so open to criminal acts like fraud, spying and so on that no one can believe she's even ALLOWED to run for office.

This is why I say that her and others in the past have been hand picked to take office and the actual election is just for the public to believe they have power to choose, I firmly believe this isn't the case and the actions around both Clintons has been so serious it beggars belief they are not in prison.

So if the FBI doesn't want to do anything, can't we make a citizen's arrest? I am tired of these people sitting with their steak dinners, round the clock protection and lifetime pensions. They do nothing other than try and maintain power, it's time for a change. This government is bloated, diseased and unfit.
