I am pretty sure those three legislators are shaking in their boots that some guy from Canada is not going to vote for them.

My make believe utopia?

What the hell are you talking about?

You say, "99.9% of all the idiotic moves I've seen on the road by dumbass drivers....happened with cops nowhere to be seen."

If this is true, how would more laws prevent such things from happening?

You make zero sense.

True, but a New Jersey PAC with a minimum 6 figure sum
on their check CAN make a difference! Some of us are
BOTH Canadian and US patriots and we simply DON'T LIKE
the way things are going these days. We simply DO NOT
like treated like children so we CAN ensure they get
FIRED...Ergo, don't piss off businessmen than can
sign a 7 to 9 figure check!

....Some of us DO HAVE P-O-W-E-R-F-U-L friends....!!!

Except you will not be writing it for two reasons:
    1) You ain't got it
    2) The Supreme Court ruled that foreigners (which you are as you reside in Canadaland) cannot donate to United States elections

As a Canadian I'm not donating as I am
VERY FAMILIAR with US election laws!

But my US-citizen friends ARE DONATING because they
have in the past and still do agree with me. They are
even more inccensed than I am! They HATE the current
"libtard" system (their words!) --- I should note I am
WORKIN ON convincing them to at least implement a
single-payer medical system and a national Pension
Plan that is an enhanced version of Social Security.

I should also note these friends CAN SIGN 7 to 9 figure checks!

I see, so you want your 'anti-Libtard' friends to support a very liberal policy plank-single payer health care-because you are such an American patriot who loves, blah, blah, blah.

When in a hole one should stop digging.

---

Technically, I'm Libertarian with a mild Liberal
viewpoint to specific social issues.

I have always suggested a Single-payer medical system
that allows the Federal Government to negotiate with
big-pharma to get bulk discounts on common drugs
and medical gear. I also suggest a TWO-tier system
where the BASIC Medical and Dental work can be
done mostly for free (with some small co-pays on
certain services such as prescribed CT/MRI
imaging not being totally free but digital
X-Rays would be free)

All EXTENDED health insurance plan would cover
such as higher-end medical services by 3rd party
group insurance-like plans bulk purchased by the
government for choosing by consumer based upon
on tiers of pricing and higher end service.

To make sure hospitals are NOT overcrowded,
sick people can walk into into 24 hour 7 days a week
open medical clinics first where they are triaged and
if necessary sent by a NATIONAL-coordinate ambulance
service to the nearest or best-equipped facility for the
severe medical condition at hand. This allows
simple cuts and colds to be handled at the 24-hour
clinic and more severe infections or broken bone
or heart emergencies to be handled as a hospital.
All NEW doctors would have to spend two years
in one of these 24/7/365 clinics to get real-world
meatball-surgery medicine experince first before
going into their specialty.

This single-payer system would allow people to easily
transfer or move to different jobs and states without
losing their benefits as the coverage would be valid
in EVERY state --- That would save big bucks for
the economy with higher mobility for workers
and companies who would NO LONGER have
to deal with multi-company insurance plans.
One Payer and a single Medical/dental deduction
on their employee paychecks. THAT SAVES MONEY!

The second thing that I suggest needs implementing
is a US National Pension Plan that is an Enhanced
Social Security BUT that allows people to put MORE
money into it beyond the basic deduction where
the more you put in the more you get at
retirement...AND...have the ENTIRE
FUND managed by a professional federal-level
department that professionally invests the
funds into MOSTLY USA-only stocks and bonds
with a small percentage (10% of total)
into higher risk investments or foreign
investments.

This would provide a giant Trillion Dollar investment
fund for entrepreneurs (who would be FORCED to take
classes on how to start, run, keep and sell a business
before they get any funds) AND this would replace
the risky 401k plans since the Enhanced Social Security
would be ALWAYS professionally audited and managed
by highly-educated teams with high oversight!

These are the extent of my SOCIALISTIC tendencies
but everything else other than the Military, NASA,
Customs/Border Patrol and Departments of Energy
and the Interior (national parks) should be left to
the states and local communities!

All that is NOT socialist -- It's just common financial sense!

Sounds good maybe but wow they were not even able to do away with the 80/20 insurance farce for all the jelly fishing they did to the healthcare system here.

I personally can't fix Obamacare although some
of my extremely wealthy US citizen friends DO
have some financial ability to moderate the
political climate which has deteriorated into
Far-Left and Far Right stances over that last
4 year BEYOND what I have ever imagined.

And these rich friends of mine are ALARMED
at not only New Jersey but Trump, Clinton
and almost everyone else!

What they want back is a 3rd party candidate
MUCH like H. Ross Perot (see 1992 Election)
who was a fiscal convervative, moderate
halfway republican/libertarian with common
sense liberal values on certain social issues.

Bernie Sanders kinda came close but
he had too much of a Hillary Influence
and is waaaay too liberal when it comes
to federal finances.

I don't see any candidate now or in the next 4 years
that could fit the bill of an H. Ross Perot like personality!

It's gonna have to be some young kid we don't know about!

Sounds like a money grabbing scheme if I ever heard one. Caught you drinking coffee while driving, now we'll give you a ticket for parking on a curb. Pay your mandatory fees, and be on your way.

Otherwise this law is ridiculous. I am on the road all day 5 days a week as a sales rep, and I drink my morning coffee and two bottles of water while driving throughout the course of the day. If anyone is really sidetracked that much by grabbing a bottle and taking a sip, then you probably don't have the coordination to drive no matter what. Put your key down and leave the driving to us pros.

The only way to solve America's little corrupt politician problem are unfortunately all illegal and violent. Except when they do things to citizens, then it is not illegal for them to use violence to get what they want. And they use violence very often to get their way. A thousand man gang of specially trained vigilantes might be able to get some changes made, but getting an operation like that even started would be problematic.

In other words, ROME must FALL.

If this law passes and officers in New Jersey actually ticket people for this, residents need to call and complain every time they see an officer drinking their coffee or eating and driving.

May I suggest moving a bit more north to Vermont
It's a SANER STATE with a more independent streak.
Lot's of cheap property in the outskirt wooded areas!
