No one asked the Liar-in-Chief why the Russians and Syrians could clear ISIL out of most of Syria in a couple of months, but Washington has been struggling for several years to clear ISIL out of Iraq. Is it possible that Washington did not want to clear ISIL out of Iraq because Washington intended to use ISIL to clear Assad out of Syria?

Last count theres over a hundred different terror groups operating in Syria, all called Islamic State. Doing what, not fighting each other, but the Syrian government. And right about why the Russians can see the caravans of oil filled trucks but we can't.

In fact you can zoom in on google maps and see trucks lined up even right now along the turkish syrian border. You can see that on google maps from here. What can't the US see that again?

Under the current RoE, I thought we were supposed to drop warning leaflets on any caravans with possible civilians in them with a 30 to 40 minutes warning period before we actually bombed, and even then, the odds that those overflights would get permission to actually use ordinance are low ... that is assuming we can find those caravans when we return after the warning period.

I am likely remembering that wrong, but I do seem to recall that we have some really ridiculous RoE that more or less ensure that the majority of our ISIS bombing missions return without firing at all.

I explained this over a year ago.

There is no revelation here.

WTF do you think the CIA annex was doing in Benghazi in the first place????

(1) The CIA armed the rebels that ousted Muammar Gaddafi.
(2) After he was ousted the CIA worried the weapons were hitting the open-market (which they were) and would end up in the hands of terrorists.
(3) The CIA started a buy-back program that put them in direct competition with terrorists who also wanted the weapons.
(4) Newsflash....Both at the "Consulate" and Annex? The rent was paid for by CIA..not STATE! There are lease documents floating around showing the same.
(5) Christopher Stephens was there to exploit his Libyan contacts and set up arms buy-back deals. The annex was there to execute on the buy-backs.
THAT is why there was debate at the time as to who was responsible for security. It was a CIA OP. Stephens came with a small detail...but the annex was the Spec Ops, CIA HQ running the show.

YES...this was a buy-back of weapons...Yes...they were being routed to Syrian rebels opposed to Assad. No it wasn't directed at ISIS..


Benghazi was Sept. 11th 2012
ISIS was officially formed April 2013 from disaffected Iraqi's (AQ in Iraq)

The pre-cursor to ISIS sent advisors/emissaries to Syria in 2011 and 2012...but it wasn't until summer 2013 before they had any kind of fighting force there.

Put another way..there was no "ISIS" in Syria to arm at the time of Benghazi...there was the "Free Syrian Army" though.

ROE written by the US military? The thread I posted the above video in. The US could hardly miss the caravans... it takes days to fill those trucks and miles to go to cross the Turkish border to sell the oil on the open market. The Russian attack aircraft was interdicting these caravans along the border when it got shot down.

Yeah, but remember there's a difference between Religion and Faith. They have put their faith in a man made religion.

I guess I dont understand what you would call them if not religious, Koran heralds a religion, and they adhere themselves to its every word. Of course if they are interpreting it correctly or not is another question.

But is not the reason behind all of the murder you mention not religiously justified by the murderers themselves?

My thought is the US planned and executed the attack on Benghazi!!

Stephens was a guinea pig from the get go! He was set up when he accepted the job and would be disposed of once his part in the mission was complete... The Embassy was a decoy for the US gun running and weapons delivery to pump up the terrorists to oust ASSAD. We paid them well!!

This would explain why the CIA had a secret annex around the corner...to make sure the covert operation went down as planned. This included kill everyone that had knowledge of the gun running to the enemy, including our security forces who were contract workers and destroy ALL evidence of the US having any knowledge or having their hands on anything related to corruption, terrorists regarding the Embassy and it's intended purpose!!

AGAIN!! THE US PLANNED THE ATTACK ON BENGHAZI!! Obama and Hillary and the DOD killed those men on purpose and had planned to all along!!

The attack was planned to hide all evidence that the US was trying to overthrow the Syrian President ASSAD without the Russians knowing our intentions because Russia supported ASSAD and this would have been the official start of war with Russia!!

The 12 hour delay took place in order to give enough time for all evidence and people associated with the gun running running OP to be completely destroyed!!
