The va is a boondoggle.

I believe that responsibility should be administered at the state level.

That's a start that I can agree with. Anything to get these responsibilities out of the hands of the federal government.

Later, we can discuss how ell each state does and decide whether one plan is worthy of replication. Or, as I contend, decide that state administration has the same problems.

Still, I want to stress that I agree with step 1. We have to start somewhere.
