looking further into it, I find that they have schools all over the world, each one providing the curriculum that meets the requirements for accreditation in the country they are in. my guess is that they are only teaching sharia law in those countries that require it to be taught. and while they are obligated to do this, they are also giving the kids a much deeper understanding to the sciences and tech skills. these are private schools, teaching pre-k and beyond.

In accordance with the UAE Ministry of Education by-laws, students who are Muslim (as identified on their passport or during the admissions process via the “religion” option) must take Islamic Education until the end of Grade 12. Students may take Islamic A (in Arabic) or Islamic B (in English) regardless of their nationality based on their Arabic language proficiency. The Islamic A and B courses incorporate the Ministry of Education syllabus for Islamic Education within the curriculum.
Good luck with that. I was not about to give them my phone number. Be prepared for tons of calls that you don't want.
Do you really think that you are going to get a straight answer from their public relations department?
I think the best way to get a truthful answer would be if someone Muslim called them, and understood how to ask, while pretending to be a parent interested in sending their child to the school.
You: I did not know there would be a chance for my child here.

And finally, the rules for zakat should soon be consolidated and codified in a single regulation document. Zakat is an obligatory payment originating from the religious rules of Islam. Originally, the requirements were addressed to individuals and only in recent times have rules for corporate zakat payers been developed. In substance it applies to the part of a business that is ultimately owned by KSA/GCC nationals. Given that most large business ventures in the Kingdom have a KSA/GCC partner represented by a Saudi state-owned entity or a KSA/GCC private businessman, most businesses are inevitably affected by zakat rules.

Bill Clinton has also been GEMS honorary chairman during this time,
he must agree with the 10% that goes to Jihadist funding?
Correcting myself: it is 8% not 10.
GEM uses one-eighth of the proceeds of its schools "to fund Islamic Jihad
So let me get this straight, Bill Clinton is Chairman
over a percentage of terrorist jihad, some of which
is perpetrated upon his own country, the United States?
Mind blown!
