Greetings and welcome to ATS (though I don't doubt you were already familiar )

In your research (or even just passing knowledge due to document acquisition) of behavior modification and similar fields, have you ever come across, or heard of anyone coming across, anything at all having to do with effects on the temporal lobe of the brain, perhaps mimicking or simulating (or even intentionally triggering) forms of epilepsy? I know this is a weird, obscure, left field question, but it's the only thing I could think of that I both 1) REALLY want to know and find out, and 2) that only someone who might have at least had some slight blush with info that isn't common knowledge among users of fringe sites like this one, might be privy to.

(Of course this question goes to anyone else reading it who might know as well.) I doubt it, but it was worth a shot, eh?

Well i guess you heard of the CIA RV experiments & the Montauk project
What i DO know is, there are 2 programs, augmented & natural.
The augmented version involves beaming microwaves at someone, modulated with a voice.
The target will literally hear voices in their head, as you can imagine this is a very powerful tool (together with drugs & hypnosis) to induce someone to, say, kill a president.
The problem with the microwave method is, the signal has to be so strong, it results in permanent brain damage to the subject. Well thats not a problem if he/she is the patsy anyway.
The better solution is the natural, these are peeps with extra-ordinary psychic powers who can hurt or even kill a target just with their mind.It takes extra-ordinary willpower to survive such an attack.
Fortunately this happens VERY rarely, when conventional methods do not work.

I'm aware of the stories/theories/accounts. I was more asking about documented evidence in this case, however. But I'm grateful for any insights. Thank-you.

I have half a TB of files, i can dig through them, but i suspect they are all available on the net, i guess if Russ doesnt have them, i don't either!
