So Hillary's campaign is trying to deflect by saying Trump is the candidate 'connected' to the Russian government. Par for the course with the Clintons.
According to reports from the WSJ & NYP...Hillary and her Campaign officials were VERY 'chummy' with the Russian Govt.
A board that her Campaign Manager sat on actually received Tens of Millions of dollars from the Russian Government.

Apparently, Hillary Clinton's State Dept. and her current Campaign Manager, John Podesta have been involved in some very shady deals with the Russian technology sector. More is coming to light.

'Politicians who live in glass houses....'

Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta sat on the board of a small energy company alongside Russian officials that received $35 million from a Putin-connected Russian government fund, a relationship Podesta failed to fully disclose on his federal financial disclosures as required by law.

That’s one of the many revelations from a 56-page report released late Sunday titled “From Russia with Money: Hillary Clinton, the Russian Reset, and Cronyism” by the non-partisan government watchdog group, the Government Accountability Institute (GAI). Breitbart Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon holds the same title in GAI and Breitbart News Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer serves as GAI’s president.

Both the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal ran stories on the newly released report late Sunday evening.

As part of her duties during the so-called Russian reset, then-Sec. of State Hillary Clinton led the way on U.S. involvement in a Russian government technology initiative that was intended to be the Russian equivalent of America’s Silicon Valley known as Skolkovo. The “innovation city,” located outside Moscow, has some 30,000 workers in state-of-the-art facilities under strict government control. As Slate described it in 2013, “In some ways, Skolkovo is eerily reminiscent of Soviet utopian city-building projects.”

According to the GAI report, Clinton’s State Dept. recruited U.S. tech giants like Google, Cisco, Intel. Indeed, out of 28 U.S., European, and Russian companies that participated in Skolkovo, 17 of them were Clinton Foundation donors or paid for speeches by Bill Clinton.

However, as involvement in Skolkovo by Clinton cronies increased, so, too, did the danger for the technology coming out of the Russian tech mecca to be used for Russian military purposes. In 2014, the FBI issued what it called “an extraordinary warning” to several technology companies involved with Skolkovo. “The [Skolkovo] foundation may be a means for the Russian government to access our nation’s sensitive or classified research development facilities and dual-use technologies with military and commercial application,” warned Lucia Ziobro, the assistant special agent at the FBI’s Boston office. She added: “The FBI believes the true motives of the Russian partners, who are often funded by the government, is to gain access to classified, sensitive, and emerging technology from the companies.”

Still, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta sat on the executive board of a small energy company called Joule Unlimited. Joule, too, received the FBI letter warning about Skolkovo. Other Joule board members included senior Russian officials. According to the GAI report: “Two months after Podesta joined the board, Vladimir Putin’s Rusnano announced that it would invest up to one billion rubles into Joule Unlimited, which amounts to $35 million. That represents one-fifth of the entire amount of investment dollars Joule collected from 2007 to 2013.”

Rusnano, which former Russian education and science minister and current science advisor to Vladmir Putin Andrei Fursenko describes as “Putin’s child,” was founded by Putin in 2007.

The GAI investigative report says it’s unclear how much, if any, money Podesta made. The reason: Podesta was on the board of three Joule entities, but only listed two on his disclosure; the most important entity, Joule Stichting, he did not list. “Podesta’s compensation by Joule cannot be fully determined,” reads the report. “In his 2014 federal government disclosure filing, Podesta lists that he divested stock options from Joule. However, the disclosure does not cover the years 2011-2012.” Why Podesta failed to reveal, as required by law on his federal financial disclosures, his membership on the board of this offshore company is presently unknown. “But the flows of funds from Russia during the ‘reset’ to Podesta-connected entities apparently didn’t end with Joule Energy,” the report states.

According to the GAI report, Podesta’s far-left think tank, Center for American Progress (CAP), took in $5.25 million from the Sea Change Foundation between 2010-2013.

Who was funding Sea Change Foundation? According to tax records, Sea Change Foundation at the time was receiving a large infusion of funds from a mysterious Bermuda-based entity called ‘Klein, Ltd.’…Who owns Klein? It is impossible to say exactly, given corporate secrecy laws in Bermuda.
But the registered agent and lawyers who set up the offshore entity are tied to a handful of Russian business entities including Troika Dialog, Ltd. Leadership includes Ruben Vardanyan, an ethnic Armenian who is a mega oligarch in Putin’s Russia. Vardanyan also served on the board of Joule Energy with John Podesta.

The FBI and U.S. Army sounded the alarm bells about Skolkovo being a threatening pathway for Russia to accelerate its military technological capabilities. Why Hillary Clinton’s State Dept and her campaign manager were tied up in this raises serious questions that demand answers and transparency.

I think the Clinton's best skill has always been throwing stones from their own glass house. Time and time again they have been rewarded by doing so. The big question now is how much longer will that work?

knew it.

I bet Russia is dying to see another clinton in office, they probably have a wish list of industrial and military secrets they want to purchase like China did from bill....and considering the greed of the Cluntuns, its a major possibility.

Dont expect the Lib/left to notice the inconsistencies or incoherent 24/7 news cycles with Google is your friend working behind the scenes on our world view being pushed down our throats . Its their model and it works and its what they do . This piece is only a echo to most of us here at ATS that can see it ,smell it, and know its rotten right to the core .

Life and world politics have at last become ultra-predictable. Waking each morning, I can count on some news of refugees and problems in Europe. As usual Syria, Libya or some other Arab country are a horrid and unthinkable mess. Hillary Clinton and husband Bill remain as slippery as ever, no matter what wrongdoing is revealed. And Donald Trump is always going to say something outrageous, of this you can be sure. Last week the Russophobes wanted Russia’s Olympic team banned. Failing that, this week Hillary Clinton’s opposition is a Russian spy! A pattern emerges if one cares to see it. Now let me show you a snapshot. Last Sunday, the International Olympic Committee ruled fairly, to not ban over 300 Russian athletes because of the impropriety of a few. The “Olympic” front of the war on Vladimir Putin and Russia failed, even though 10,000 western media outlets and every crooked corporate type on the globe demanded a Russia ban. The IOC took a little flack, but weeks of lobbying to hurt the Russians failed. It was expected you see, but time to move on. The November elections are around the corner. Barry Sanders’ bid for the White House was squelched, but the very party he was running to represent. Hillary’s henchmen saw to it the “Bern” was put out for good. It was as if we could have counted on it, you know? Some democrats squawked, a few media outlets tried to pay attention, but then a diversion was needed, as if expected. Emails revealing just how savage and crooked the whole electoral mess is, and how mean and nasty Hillary is…. they had a poll impact. For the first time in months, Hillary trailed Trump. Something had to be done, as expected. Then the Trump-Putin ticket became the news. Allegations from a paid off security company owned mostly by Google were used as fuel for a “Putingate”, the Kremlin allegedly behind the WikiLeaks dump of DNC files. Now The New York Times is “helping us” understand if there are links in between Trump and Putin, and so is the BBC, and 10,000 others. All this is, as expected. Or am I wrong? journal-neo.org...

Eight more years, if the doesn't destroy the world in the process of controlling it.

Well, the best move Putin is able to do now is to thank Hillary publicly for her support of Russian military complex.))

P.S. I saw that report yesterday but didn't make a thread because the source seemed to me too anti-Clinton. But the peson who definitely gained my attention was John Podesta. I'll be watching him.)) No no, no hacking, just watching...))

Seems the reason Clinton started talking about Russia,
if one watches Clinton Cash it connects the dots.

She knew this was coming out, and tried a preemptive strike.

The candidate will all the ties to foreign governments,
Russia is very much in there! This should all fall under RICO!

Great.

So no matter who we end up with, we've got two candidates that are subservient to Russia.

As it turns out, Trump is also very close to the Russians.

Due to his many bankruptcies and defaults, Trump turned to foreign investors to help maintain his lifestyle.

As fate would have it, the Russians stepped up.

And hes making his intentions clear, saying that as POTUS, he may not support NATO while at the same time ensuring that anti-Russian rhetoric is stripped from the GOP platform.

When the Republican Party releases its platform Monday, the official Republican party position on arms for Ukraine will be at odds with almost all the party’s national security leaders.

Inside Trump’s financial ties to Russia and his unusual flattery of Vladimir Putin.

“Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets,” Trump’s son, Donald Jr., told a real estate conference in 2008, according to an account posted on the website of eTurboNews, a trade publication.

“We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”

Would it be fair to say that in a sense, the Russians "own" Trump?

Trump is assembling a team of advisors who have also worked for Putin’s cronies.

Paul Manafort has also worked for the pro-Russian former president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, who was deposed in a popular revolution in 2013.

Trump’s foreign policy advisors also include Carter Page, a former advisor and current shareholder in the state-controlled Russian natural gas giant, Gazprom, who has advocated for a less adversarial US stance toward Moscow.

Donald Trump aide slams America's policy on Russia during speech in Moscow.

In an unusual critique for a man attached to a presumptive nominee for the American presidency, Carter Page said the US and other Western countries unfairly vilified Russia for its problems, including corruption, which he said was just as easily found at home.

And here is Trump's team bad mouthing the United States in the Russian capital.

I'd expect this from Obama or Kerry but Trump?

The Chinese played this all wrong.

All they had to do was give him some money.

Instead of advocating a trade war against China, he'd be telling us how great they are.

Russia only? how about the Chinese, or people forgot about the 1996 scandal between Bill and the Chinese donors.

Hillary is no new to this see, she like money and it doesn't matter where it comes from.

Their funding scandals spans all the way to 1990.
