I was blown away by the appreciation for a simple artwork yesterday so i thought i would share another with you all..

The Harvest

"Also you shall observe the Feast of the Harvest of the first fruits of your labors from what you sow in the field; also the Feast of the Ingathering at the end of the year when you gather in the fruit of your labors from the field.

I wasn't surprised at the appreciation as it was really good as is this one!

It leaves me in awe of such talent.

Love it.

I was in the grain business for most of my life. The painting is evocative of the views I used to get from the top of a grain elevator (or prairie skyscraper).

Did you paint it? Is there a print available?

I really do like it a lot.

Thanks.

The simple artwork was appreciated because it was deserving of being appreciated!

I need more art at home, my walls are bare and money is tight.
But, I downloaded that Prisma app, and it really does do some nice things.

I thank you for sharing that, and for sharing this piece too.

Im gonna try to do one per week, on the sunday ..

I come from a culture where its, bare and cold, where nature fills the void human imagination tries to resemble..
The meaning of being a Nordic is;" make it simple, and let nature into your home, since your a part of it"

That's not what I meant at all... You should be selling work like that.

aesthetic art is subjective to any mans experience, i dont believe in commercial art in its form..

I believe if i can make you happy with an aesthetic art- piece that comforts you, that feeling alone fills me with richness money cant give.. And knowing that the artpiece fills a place in someones home and is appreciated instead of just filling an empty place on a wall..

I wont sell it, but i will give it to you if i know it has a home..
