Pantera fan ?
This is awesome , Pantera live in Hollywood filmed from what appears to be the sound tower with the audio taken from the desk , Pure Pantera before the BS set in.
I was lucky enough to see Pantera 3 times , this reminds me of why they were great.

Set list
Heresy
Domination
Hollow
***king Hostile
This Love
A New Level
Walk
Psycho Holiday
By Demons Be Driven
Primal Concrete Sledge
Cemetery Gates
Cowboys From Hell
Outro Smoke Weed song

This love is still one of the best metal songs ever written.

Tampora, Tampora That Tampora Band!

I saw them 3 times as well. In Detroit: Once at the State Fair Grounds, then at The Palace for EDIT: Great Southern Trendkill, and then I happened to be at the final show EVER (Re-Investing The Steel), at Cobo Hall in Detroit (they loved playing Detroit).

I remember in the first show the skinheads were a MAJOR force running like the entire mosh pit: to be feared (they ran these CRAZY formations out there the whole time). They were easy to spot not merely because of their shaved heads, but their 'urban camo' shorts they all wore. They loved them for some reason despite Pantera speaking out and having songs against racial violence (I guess they liked Phil's early years shaved head). Jut a few years later, in the final show they were FAR less in numbers, mostly just scattered around, and when they came into our mosh pit we wrecked them for a change: Far Beyond Driven. PROGRESS!

WOW!Great show. I saw this tour twice in the same week in February of '92 in Atlanta, and then six days later in Columbus, GA. Those were the days. Spent hours after the show in Columbus talking to Dimebag and Rex. Those were the days.

Phil Anselmo may be a gargantuan douche of a human being but he was easily one of the best metal frontmen of all time.

Lucky bastaaads, the lot of you!!!

I only got to see them once at Ozzfest in 2002?? They were at the DTE Energy (formerly Pine Knob) near Detroit. Surely on my top 10. Seeing them live is truly their element.

RIP DIme.

Nice to see a Pantera thread! I got to see them twice during the "Far Beyond Driven" Tour. First one in Memphis, the next in Little Rock. I didn't plan it this way, but those two shows opened and closed that tour, respectively. Proud moment years later, my now 5 yr old son but then 3 yrs old, was doing his version of "Walk" called "Wok!"
