It is interesting that the "UFO" was seen over Point Mugu. I remember landing there a few times when I was in the Navy.
It had a great deal of off-limit areas as I recall. They did not really want us to get off the P3 one time, just fuel up and get outa here.

Naval Air Station Point Mugu is a former United States Navy air station that operated from 1942 to 2000 in California. In 2000, it merged with nearby Naval Construction Battalion Center Port Hueneme to form Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC). At Point Mugu, NBVC operates two runways and encompasses a 36,000 square mile sea test range, anchored by San Nicolas Island. The range allows the military to test and track weapons systems in restricted air- and sea-space without encroaching on civilian air traffic or shipping lanes. The range can be expanded through interagency coordination between the U.S. Navy and the Federal Aviation Administration. Telemetry data can be tracked and recorded using technology housed at San Nicolas Island, Point Mugu and Laguna Peak, a Tier 1 facility also controlled by NBVC.

He was living in Agoura hills, facing the sunset which would be directly towards NAS Point Magu.

The problem is there was so much aerospace development in that area and era that it favors a prosaic explanation, Kelly Johnson's witness credentials notwithstanding...

Evidently you are thoroughly convinced

that your knowledge, perceptiveness, discrimination skills, analysis skills etc. are far superior to Kelly Johnson's.

I don't believe you are that much above his levels on any such skills.

Though I don't know which of you would be more arrogant, I have my suspicions.

Certainly you clearly think highly of your assumptions.

Now now.

No need to try and confuse them with facts.

They don't believe facts.

Besides THEIR "facts" trump any and all other "facts" . . . by THEIR DECREE . . . supported by Olympic levels of hubris!

LOLOLOL.

To read some of the blathering hereon,

one would think that Kelly Johnson was merely a lobotomized toilet cleaner in the furthest flung and most inconsequential shop on the base.

I'm beginning to wonder if some of these naysayers were reared by Dr Spock led parents who never dared to tell their children that they were wrong or silly.

Yeah, that and I studied aeronautical engineering in school, have held a private pilot certificate and have lived just down the road from Kelly's sighting.

You are making a bunch of assumptions without having a clue about the person you are speaking to.

Pretty lame for somebody that constantly posts christian inspired rhetoric.

It's puzzling that you seemed to find the above terms insulting.

You came across as believing/feeling that your skills WERE/ARE markedly above his.

I found that assumption grossly unfounded.

So, where is the lack of logic in my assertions just above?

I would like to know if he revealed who killed JFK and RJK??
He does mention in his book he viewed who really killed them in the spacecraft by instant replay????
