A low resolution telescope image of a lunar crater.

A hovering crater with black spheres attached to it..
Awesome

So let's assume he got the location correct, here's what he is looking at

That's taken from Japan's Kaguya 3D GIS software available here

darts.isas.jaxa.jp...

You can see that if you add the lighting effects you'd get at the terminator that you'd get all dins of shadows cast by crater walls in a row.

The guy himself posted the footage on ATS a while ago... I cannot find it atm, tho someone will find it.

As for the footage, interesting.

eta: if I remember, the white seemingly detached portion is a hill in the background, but the group of black spheres is the anomaly.

Oh ? from the guy that recorded it ?
I would love to hear from him

Nope.. not seeing it
There is clearly something above the surface in the video, and clearly something that looks like spheres.. even with the distortion

You are seeing spheres because one of the videos showed you spheres. It is not hovering.

What you are seeing is sunlight falling on a relatively high piece of moon in the distance.

I know that secureteam is supposedly a bunch of hoaxers, but I find it weird that any video posted by them automatically gets dismissed on here without any explanation. That's weird on this type of forum.

If it is a hoax, I'd like to know how we know this so I can know what to look for in the future. There used to be some brilliant debunking on these forums.

Even if it is real, the moment Secureteam became a part of it, it has become tainted.

But then, that's the whole point of hoaxes for the largest part. It's to put doubt in any sceptics head, it dirties the waters, what can be trusted?

Isn't this the same as this, from another thread from a while back? Are you asking about the same object you've asked about before, again?

If so, it's a hill.

I, and I am sure many, have looked at the edge of a waning moon and seen illuminated peaks on the edge, with their bases occluded by shadow. It makes them appear to float above the surface. The "balloons" are shaded, partially illuminated crater edge. There does not seem to be enough here to differentiate it from what amateur astronomers see all the time.

Why do people say its a hoax ?
its live footage from the moon made by a Italian guy..

I added the original video

I think they lack brains.

Honestly...

it's a high surface feature in the shadow area that is high enough to be lit by sunlight like the example below.

Bright Areas in Shadow

I wish people would take a little more time looking at images then apply common sense.

Got hoaxed already? You shouldn't have included the spaceguys...

Anyways

I see something and it's not pareidolia and I still don't believe it's a hoax.

Do you even have your monitor on ?
Nothing to do with this thread, you would know if you even looked before throwing dirt around

You could try again without using s/team as a source, and put the focus on the bucky balls, they do look a little odd. The guy on s/team talks too much anyway.
You can ask the mod the reasons why for the hoax bin, but it will be because of an automatic ban on s/tream in the first instance.
