Hillary said those emails contained no work information - therefore she deleted them. If she is now saying that publishing them causes a national security issue that would reveal top secret information, then she lied (AGAIN) and will almost certainly be indicted.

Hillary is not saying that, I am.

It's not treason to ask anyone, including a foreign state, to publish a citizens private and personal emails that are unrelated to the govt.

It is treason to urge a foreign government to commit acts of espionage against a citizen.

It is treason to urge a foreign government to commit acts of espionage against a citizen.

Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution, any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

Personal, non classified information, is not covered under a charge of treason. Therefore Trump asking ANYONE to find Clintons missing personal emails is not grounds for treason. Wishful thinking from liberals still tryig to downplay the corruption in the DNC

Hillarys campaign has said it raises a national security issue - in contrast to her earlier claims that the emails deleted were personal and not classified.

Donald Trump is asking Russia to hack into State property, and he expects those hackers/spies to select only "personal", non-state business related emails?

Some of those emails were about her daughter's wedding, which would be personal, and yet, because Hillary was Secretary of State, there would be diplomatic invitations, special security, housing, etc., that may fall under State business. It certainly isn't Russia's job to sort out what the American People should or should not have access to, when it comes to Secretary of State communications!

Secondly, he's inciting cyber crimes, regardless if the victim is a private citizen or a representative a State office of the federal government. If he thinks that Russia or China should/could hack sensitive State communications, why not enlist American hackers too? Isn't America great enough to hack it's own Secretary of State, White House, CIA/Pentagon?

If there was any information that related to work on her private server that was classified then she lied and deleted evidence.

The FBI has the deleted emails.

The FBI let out the information that they had recovered some of the deleted emails from Hillary's server. They did say that some of those recovered were work related and some were classified.
So Hillary lied.
It has never been said that they recovered them all. So there is no proof that the FBI were able to recover 30,000 deleted emails from Hillary's server.

Would be interesting. Russia could throw out anything as a "recovered" E-mail, true or false. Who could refute it? Would Hillary's group suddenly be able to produce the real E-mail to prove it wrong? Like a game of chess.

I will concede this...it seems beyond outrageous for Hillary to not be charged for failing to secure them and then deleting them but to excoriate Trump for simply wanting to know what they say.

He isn't hacking. He isn't even encouraging hacking. The hacking has already been done, long before Trump was the nominee. He is asking for the info to be returned.

However, he should have said that the info be returned to the FBI or State Department. But he is such a blowhard, he gave the Dems and the Media the gun to shoot him with.

He isn't hacking. He isn't even encouraging hacking. The hacking has already been done, long before Trump was the nominee. He is asking for the info to be returned.

There's no evidence that the Clinton's private server was hacked, by Russians. the Chinese or Americans. There is plenty of evidence of the White House server, the DNC and several federal agencies being hacked.

Actually, the FBI said they couldn't rule it out due to the low rent, amateurish nature of the server set up and so - they assume it was.
