Hillary said those emails contained no work information - therefore she deleted them. If she is now saying that publishing them causes a national security issue that would reveal top secret information, then she lied (AGAIN) and will almost certainly be indicted.
It's not treason to ask anyone, including a foreign state, to publish a citizens private and personal emails that are unrelated to the govt.

Hillary is not saying that, I am.

It is treason to urge a foreign government to commit acts of espionage against a citizen.
Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution, any person who levies war against the United States or adheres to its enemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid and comfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms, troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

Personal, non classified information, is not covered under a charge of treason.

First of all, like Colon Powell and Condeleeza Rice, Hillary Clinton received and sent personal email through her Secretary of State account and server. Donald Trump is asking Russia to hack into State property, and he expects those hackers/spies to select only "personal", non-state business related emails?
Some of those emails were about her daughter's wedding, which would be personal, and yet, because Hillary was Secretary of State, there would be diplomatic invitations, special security, housing, etc., that may fall under State business. It certainly isn't Russia's job to sort out what the American People should or should not have access to, when it comes to Secretary of State communications!
Secondly, he's inciting cyber crimes, regardless if the victim is a private citizen or a representative a State office of the federal government. If he thinks that Russia or China should/could hack sensitive State communications, why not enlist American hackers too? Isn't America great enough to hack it's own Secretary of State, White House, CIA/Pentagon?
There he goes again! Outsourcing jobs to China and Russia!

So Trump jokingly says he hopes Russia finds Hillary's missing 33,000 emails. The leftist are calling it treason, when they were supposed to be just her personal emails. Absolutely amazing mental gymnastics done here.
Hillary calls Trump a threat to national security for making such a claim. So did Hillary just admit she actually deleted/leaked 33,000 secret U.S government emails? All this time they were telling us that there was no national security threat. Why is there a national security threat now all of the sudden?
Trump is truly playing 5th dimensional water polo chess.

This.
Here is your evidence that Trump is no fool.
He laid a trap for Hillary, and her and her useful idiots pranced their way right into it on their way to Oz.

Nope he is referencing the 30,000 emails deleted off her PRIVATE server.
Also, I fail to see or hear the word hack from Trump.

The "PRIVATE" service that was installed to handle to Secretary of State Business? That "PRIVATE" server?
It wasn't a "SECRET" server, it was dedicated server, that held confidential information regarding State business as well as serving to protect the business of the former First Family, former NY State Senator and the US Secretary of State.
Also, I fail to see or hear the word hack from Trump.
How else are going to find privileged and private cyber communications? Give me a break! Trump is, and continues to unapologetically, incite cyber crimes against the US government and her people!
Trump asked for the 33,000 deleted emails to be found and turned over. He did not talk about hacking servers -
Last Updated Sep 23, 2015 12:24 AM EDT The FBI has salvaged work and personal emails thought to have been deleted from the private server Hillary Clinton used while she was secretary of state, Bloomberg first reported Tuesday night. The FBI has been trying figure out how many classified emails Clinton had on her server and how they got there. The agency is concerned about whether Hillary Clinton's private email system exposed any classified information, and if so, the extent of exposure, as well as why it occurred.
William Inboden, who served on the NSC during the George W. Bush administration, said Trump’s comments were “tantamount to treason.” “Trump’s appeal for a foreign government hostile to the United States to manipulate our electoral process is not an assault on Hillary Clinton, it is an assault on the Constitution,” said Inboden, who now teaches at the University of Texas at Austin.
Inboden was hardly alone in registering his disgust with Trump. GOP strategist Stuart Stevens, who advised Mitt Romney, the party’s nominee in 2012, suggested that Trump’s remarks would have merited an immediate court-martial if they’d been made by anyone answering to the commander in chief:

The FBI has the deleted emails.
So there is no proof that the FBI were able to recover 30,000 deleted emails from Hillary's server.
According to FBI Director James Comey, investigators “discovered several thousand work-related" messages that were not among the roughly 30,000 emails Clinton gave to the government in 2014. The former secretary of State and her lawyers deleted approximately half of the 60,000 emails on her server, claiming at the time that they were purely personal and did not belong in the government’s hands.
Comey’s team recovered the emails through digital traces left on decommissioned servers and via the inboxes of people with whom Clinton communicated, the FBI director said.

Where do you think one would go looking for "deleted" emails?

September 22, 2015, 10:36 PM Report: FBI pulls deleted emails from Hillary Clinton's server
The FBI has the deleted emails.
FBI clears Hillary Clinton in email scandal, but she should have known better Read more here: www.miamiherald.com...=cpy
The FBI went through those email and made a determination. Trump didn't like it. A lot of people didn't like it. So, Trump wan't to second guess the FBI, who's privy to the material within these deleted email, and put the emails into the court of public opinion. But, the FBI has those email, not the public, because those emails are "PRIVILEGED"!
So, like a the elitist brat that The Donald is, he thinks he can hire criminals to illegally obtain those emails and make them public, to further his own campaign.

Would be interesting. Russia could throw out anything as a "recovered" E-mail, true or false. Who could refute it? Would Hillary's group suddenly be able to produce the real E-mail to prove it wrong? Like a game of chess.
Trump said to find the 33,00 deleted emails which were the ones deleted and not turned over from her PRIVATE server.
He isn't hacking. He isn't even encouraging hacking. The hacking has already been done, long before Trump was the nominee. He is asking for the info to be returned.
Actually, the FBI said they couldn't rule it out due to the low rent, amateurish nature of the server set up and so - they assume it was.
