Prisoners can work out in their cell too, I think.

My right arm would be gigantic, they would call me Lobster Man.

We call you lobster man anyway, but that's just from your circus days....

Something tells me that wouldn't be from lifting weights.

Just like with anything, sometimes appearances can be deceiving.

As long as you get a decent amount of protein and a high-enough amount of calories, your body can build muscle, even if the overall diet is quite crappy. And in doing so, yes, people can look good on the outside, but I am willing to bet that what's going on concerning their bodies' inner workings, their mental health, and all other kinds of things are not even closely representative of their external physique.

"Looking good" is NOT the measure by which we should assess one's health.

How did you figure that out?

Depends on what you're eating. For example before I went on a diet, my diet was actually pretty healthy and I didn't consume more than my RDA of fat. Yet I had these atrocious (BLACK) bags under my eyes which made me look like I was a literal zombie. I later found out it was due to the amount of salt in my diet - consuming around five times the RDA. The bags have gone completely now.

So all in all with my little personal example the prisoners could be eating just the right foods and nutrients. You can actually live quite a long time on nothing but potatoes and milk and still keep rather healthy but it depends on genetics too. Even when I ate tons of protein I couldn't gain any muscle. Not an lb.

It really wasn't that difficult. Now I have to get those pics of me back. On second thought, I probably don't want to touch them lol.
