The new signs were given to Delegates that agreed not to cause a ruckus.

The signs taken away along with people taken out were from non-delegate volunteers.

For me, posts like this are proof positive of the inability of Hillary voters to see what is plain as day to anyone with two working brain cells. I'm certainly no Trump supporter but I can see what is plain as day...Hillary is a crook who apparently studied Tricky Dick closely and learned quite a bit.

It's real. I saw a video on Breitbart I think a day or two ago with them taking signs away from people in the aisle. It seemed to be those within walking distance from an aisle/stair sections. Some guy was waving his hand saying 'give me the sign' and grabbing them.

Being a Bernie supporter I'll say he had to. He doesn't want to be the one to cause thr democratic party to implode. He's thinking long term yes short term he could hold out fight hand the election to Trump but if he did it doesn't benifit's him or his causes in the least. In fact it sets them back long term his plan should be simple. Continue to support the democrats he will need them to fight for his beliefs. But all the while start building a coalition of democrats which he's already starting see his web site. The fight isn't over its just beginning.

In order for Hillary to get an election bounce the party has to seem unified behind Hillary. Reality does not matter when dealing with TV. I figure if the trend continues as many as 20 percent of democrats may cross the isle. This could be bad news so the DNC has to convince these people they are united being Hillary for fear of losing them. Trump has pointed out how many democrats registered to vote for him in republican primaries. At the same time democrats saw a decline in over all votes.

Right now I believe that stupidity did indeed hand thr election over to Trump if his campaign can stop him from saying stupid things on twitter feeds. Bernie would have easily beaten him with a majority. But unfortunately this race was decided before it even started as we see in thr hacked emails. But this isn't new and anyone following politics knows this. The DNC was able to keep a lid on it.

The alternative Trump the support was overwhelming meaning the right wing democrats lost and couldn't find a way to prevent Trump winning. Although I'm sure if someone hacked there emails we would see the same thing since we can just look at the money spent by republican pacs to prevent Trump's nomination. In fact they are still whinning and refusing there support problem is they don't realize this vote was more against them than to Trump. Most republicans are not far right they are closer to center. Just look at national polls on say aboration gay rights ect. The majority of thr country is still in the middle and I suspect always will be. Taking extremist views only gets you swing votes.

A candidate that can move centrists will win politicians have forgotten that in there pandering to individual groups.

honestly why can't elections be more chaotic and interesting? there is too much order and unity and just boring...
like i want to see an election between 10 candidates including from the same party for three to five parties or something where it's like 15% of the vote to win, too boring i say.

Taking signs isn't unusual. Out of curiosity, I took my kids to political events during the run up to 2008.

All the handmade signs were given out to certain people in the crowd prior to the event. No real handmade signs came in the gate.

We learned, that day, just how much effort is being spent to craft the "right" narrative.

While I'm quite aware that this happens on both sides...we are discussing the DNC at the moment. I don't understand when something like you describe happens, why the people don't grab their pitchforks. You are being told that you are a slave or farm animal belonging to the DNC with your only value being to spread the information and image they wish, without any regard to your views. It also floored me that Sander supporters haven't made a bigger stink. Yes...I know they are trying, but this should be considered a personal insult and shows the view of the DNC that no one matters except them and their wishes.

But I guess that is the basic view of the left anyway. Do anything so long as their way wins. It doesn't matter who is hurt, who dies or who is disenfranchised. You apparently have to give up your freedom, right to vote and every moral in the book if you want to be supportive of the DNC. You are nothing but a brainless pawn to them.
