I'm very fussy about cheeses (why I have no idea)... if it ain't the real deal, it doesn't go down my gullet.
And yet... I have a weakness for Kraft Dinner (specifically the Sharp Cheddar version, I don't like the Original KD) with all that powdered fake
cheese stuff. LOL
Frozen vegetables I never buy because, ew mush. With the exception of frozen peas only because they stay nice and firm.
Frozen packaged fish we never buy just simply because we get fresh pickerel all winter long from friends who do a lot of ice fishing. And besides,
once you've had fresh pickerel coated in a beer batter and fried in a cast iron skillet with lard, anything else just doesn't make the grade.
Other than that, I'm not overly concerned about whatever other processed foods we might be eating here and there... I tend to be a "from scratch" kind
of cook anyways, so most of our meals are pretty straight forward 'country-bumpkin home-cookin' type of foods.
But life just wouldn't be the same without fried bologna, bacon, and Lay's Sour Cream and Onion potato chips !
From my cold dead hands, as they say...
