many of your GOP supporting comrades either outright would hate me because of my skin color, or make baseless assumptions because of it

Seriously? Are people still believing that bs stereotype that Republicans are racist?
Please. Look around. Many, many Republicans are many different races, genders, religions, backgrounds.
We are all Americans.

I was away for a little while and I missed so much today! There has been so much going on that it is going to take all night to catch up.

DWS was rehired? Not a surprise. As Hillary said, she needs people like her. Corrupt.

based on what I see from so called republicans on this website? or at trump rallies?

yes...the element of racism still exists

and please. some of you republicans are blind as all hell. the GOP has been dog whistling to racist filth since the end of the 1960s. the only time republicans notice racism is when its aimed at them which is few far in between compared to minority americans.

anyone who wants to deny racism is probably apathetic or racist themselves, honestly.

Thank you. I am not there but am following reporters who will be on the floor.

I was in LA for that convention and experienced the protests. The flames are much hotter now with these emails and it will stay the lead news. No doubts. Especially with DWS insisting she will address the convention. It's election fraud against a huge number of party voters. Their fix made it worse now that Clinton hired her. Bernie may get that revolution after all.

I am shocked DWS is still going to speak, any idea of why?

My thoughts would be they are banking on the less informed
voters maybe watching a blip here and there and if she is
still up there it all might look more cohesive?

I'd like to see someone, anyone take them to task on this.
You can be sure we will all be watching, waiting....

It just occurred to me - WTF do the Democrats have to say for themselves at this point? You'd have to be made of stone to step on that convention stage and make your speech like everything's cool.

You would think so, especially to Bernie supporters,
and logically Bernie himself. But, with Bernie it seems
any thing for the party...which in itself is very scary
loyalty....how can he blame it all on DWS demanding
she resign, as if Hillary is not the real beneficiary and
knowing architect of most of this?

My guess...ego. She isn't going quietly.

She served her master and wants credit. She must have no clue how robbing voters of valid elections is going to escalate the bern. They don't want Trump. They don't want Clinton. She and Clinton cheated. What do they have left to lose? They are impoverished by a system that has bled our nation dry. They need Go Fund Me accounts if someone gets sick to live, our environment is in crisis. Not many reasons left to tow a party line that is rigged against them. This outrage is growing...quickly. Rightfully so. Trouble is ahead.

Then come over to the dark side with us.

We've got pickles and beer!

It's not so bad.

Sorry, nothing personal against you or any other good hearted conservative but many of your GOP supporting comrades either outright would hate me because of my skin color, or make baseless assumptions because of it...

And those sound like baseless assumptions you are making because of a political affiliation.

the party's years of dog whistling keep minorities like myself who aren't full blown liberals away.

I'm not a GOP so I have no dog in this fight, but what dog whistles are those?

Although I have had this feeling for years, today is when i truly realized voting on a national level is a waste of time.

I see it like the lottery. Odds are astronomically against me, but if I don't buy a ticket I know my chances of winning are nill.

They fall back on all of the usual spin, finger pointing at everyone else
blame shifting and deceitful lies....and absolute political gobbly gook.

Look at Hillary, it has been all year over 240 days since she has allowed
a press conference. No journalist will take her to task, the media
outlets don't even mention it.

She is a stone face liar who intends to claim her lifelong goal at any cost.

As for the rest of them, shaking my head. And Obama has endorsed her.

The quotes from the Sanders campaign are also growing more outraged by the hour. They are reading what we are reading too and the dissection of these emails makes it worse with each new find. It's escalating, as are that campaign's responses.

I only wish Bernie had not endorsed Clinton, surely some
of his supporters feel betrayed, that cant help their
feeling let down and angered by the rigged process?

He endorsed prior to absolute proof of wrongdoing and his love for this country would have compelled him to do so in the face of Trump.
Now there is proof. He has yet to concede.
The movement is bigger than one man. People must stand for themselves first, as he has always said.
The 2016 Democratic Primary is null and void. Hold on. Whew.

There is a lot of evidence in the reports that shows the Democratic chair and her organization were corrupt and biased. But Clinton supporters think it is no big deal - well, Hillary also lied under oath and mishandled classified information. She is a full-fledged criminal. She should step down from the race and give Bernie a shot at it.

I don't see her winning the election this time. However, I think there is also a chance she won't (or can't) run for office by the time November comes.

Now I understand why they built that four mile, eight foot high fence/wall around the DNC Fudge Factory.

They are not afraid of Trump supporters but Bernie supporters.

Hopefully some of the more radical Bernie supporters have a golden ticket to "Willy's Witch's Fudge Factory."

If you win by cheating, you should forfeit the win. Clinton should forfeit the primary to Sanders.

People will not move on and put this behind them. To ask them to do so is completely wrong. DWS worked with Clinton to steal this primary. The primary is invalid. She either steps side or she is responsible for the election of Trump. For the good of the party, Clinton needs to step aside. There is no way you fairly claim victory.

Step aside Sen.Clinton or it is you who damn this party and ultimately this country. Your very candidacy IS the problem. Get out of the way! Now.

Unity is only possible without Clinton.

unfortunately it is not in the nature of her, or her supporters, to do the right thing.
Hillary will soldier on, blaming the whole thing on the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy. Her suck-up media allies will bury the story and go back to the first-woman-president-hurray narrative. too many democrats will vote for more goodies. the angry idealistic dems who object to this corruption will be marginalized and ignored, too few to have an impact.

I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see this as having much real impact.

"You will see me on the campaign trail every day!!" Wasserman-Shultz is trying to yell above the protesters on the floor. Bernie supporters are furious and holding up signs that say EMAILS and NO!!!

Watching all of this on Fox News right now. Holy cow!!

You know, it's one thing for us hardened political observers to learn definitively that the DNC sandbagged for Clinton. What I find devastating is the young people who engaged in the political process for the first time, only to learn that corruption was the winner. Where are the apologies to voters? All there have been are accusations against Russia for exposing these conspiring emails. This party just screwed an entire generation of voters, flipped off the experienced progressives, and mooned the true liberals as they speed off to their coronation.

The substance of these emails was a crime against the electorate. I am so ashamed of this party right now. Where is the ownership of the corruption and what they did to the will of the voters? Hillary has taken the party into the gutter with her to serve her own ego and mission. So very, very sorry for the victims this party bus is driving over.
