It's a couple of years old, but I just ran across it. The series details corruption observed by an attorney in the IRS Office of the Chief Counsel.
I haven't finished the series, but he was still employed by the IRS when at least the first of these was written.
I had to stop reading, as ATS needed to know about this immediately.
