Congress released on Friday a long-classified report exploring the alleged ties of the Saudi Arabian government to the 9/11 hijackers.
Known as the "28 pages," the secret document was part of a 2002 congressional investigation of the Sept. 11 attacks and has been classified since the report's completion.

Not a darn thing. To them, 9-11 is old news, case closed. There are too many conflicts of interest for them to do anything about it. It is a can of worms which needs to be kept closed.

I mean, to be fair 9/11 is old news. There are going to be people voting in the 2016 elections that will be too young to remember when 9/11 happened.
It was a tragic event, but it happened well in the past and at some point the correct thing to do is to move on (and I say this as someone who had family in the towers). In a few more months we will be at the point where the movie Back to the Future happened closer to 9/11 than the present day.
