Video of A-12 Blackbird accident???!!!!

I know that there was an A-12 converted to an M-21 to launch the D-21 reconnaissance drone...and that one of them....during the launch of the drone..the drone flew directly into the Blackbird...
I know there was a video on the internet, I saw it a year or so ago. Now I can not seem to find it.
If anyone knows a link to it or where I could get it, it would be much appreciated!

Go to the 2002 Recollection of the Past page and page down until you see the links 1 -13 - pick number 13 . It's a 16.7MB Download.
