So about 14 years ago I was working in a factory. Someone knocked a 300lb pallet onto the ground and it smashed my toe. It was bad my entire toe
turned purple. The nail popped off and there was a hole in the top of my toe I could see the bone. I never went to the doctor for it. The nail grew
back all gnarly. So the past couple of years I've been feeling sick and just not felling well. I've been having swollen lymphnodes. I went to the
doctors a couple years ago. She said I had an infection because my white blood cell count was high. I couldn't think of anything or anywhere I might
have an infection.
So tonight after a shower I noticed the joints in my toe were kind of stiff. So I started investigating and it looked a little inflamed around the
nail. I wasn't really having much pain. It looked like it might have been infected. It wasn't looking gang green or anything like that. I decided to
soak it in peroxide. After an hour of soaking and some fizzing I could feel it tingling deep in my toe. Now the swelling my lymphnodes as gone down
and I feel less sick. Actually I feel really good.
Could it really be my toe that was making me sick? I'm having a hard time believing that it could be something so minor.
I would go get the nail removed but I'm afraid to let anyone near my toe. It took years to heal and the thought of someone shoving a needle in it
sends shivers down my spine.
