Can people tell me what they can see in this Dallas footage

In this video you can either watch it all or skip to the exact moment. At the 32/33 second mark there appears to be a cut in the video. It doesn't look like the shaking of a camera it looks like an actual cut in footage? The shooter appears to drop to the ground and at the very next instant there is a jump in footage and he is back up. Am I seeing things or is that what you see too?

Yes it looks like a cut out.

Another observation:

If the cameras got clear sights, why not the police teams?

They could have shot this guy from where the camera was.

They were probably trying to avoid open rooftops what with those snipers that weren't there.

Yes, theres a cut alright

If people stopped video scenes in portrait mode which is unnatural and 50% of the image is of nothing at the top and bottom then might see something. We have gone from 4:3 ratio to 16:9 to extra wide in cinemas for a fricking reason.

Please everyone video in the normal natural wide landscape which captures the context and a damn sight more information.

It looked like he was reaching down to retrieve something. At least , to me. But it's so grainy.


Someone mentioned on a thread here that the shooter was changing clothes behind the pillar at some point.

I find it strange how quickly he goes from being down to being stood back up again.

It was actually night so I guess you get a pass.

Isn't this the same guy that says that he wasn't able to record the officer being shot while he was being interviewed on air

Wasn't there a splice in the Zapruder footage of Kennedy in Dealy Plaza, too?

This is getting crazy. What did the shooter do to warrant that cut?

I thought that may be what it was (cutting that footage out) but if you comoare his movements to footage including the downing of the officer the cut seems to be before then.

Maybe a cut to remove another individual walking into frame? (a Second shooter/accomplice perhaps? or the REAL shooter?)

There appears to be an individual walking calmly on the road despite the gunfire around them. Maybe there has already been an explanation for this... but in the meantime, I find it quite suspect not to mention eerie!
