I don't think it matters really if he says the words "drop out." This clearly shows that he has thrown in the towel.

That he will not give up, etc.
But as I think about it more, he could just suspend the campaign until the whole Hillary fiasco settles a bit?

It's not when Comey said himself if it was anybody else they would have charges against them.

All irrelevant. None of that changes the fact that Congress won't be charging Hillary with perjury. You can bitch and moan about it all day. Talk about Democratic congresses and baseball, but it's all irrelevant. You can't argue around the fact that proving intent in a perjury case is near impossible.
when you have the majority, you can prosecute her. If the republicans keep the majority day one she gets impeached and they can get her for her mis statements and mis remberings because the burden of proof is lower.

So true story, I work for former campaign people (Obama) who are all for Clinton now. They actively mock "Bernie Bros" and act as if anyone that doesn't switch to Clinton now is absolutely crazy.
I can't say anything in such a climate because I'm literally waiting for a promotion. Effing politics.

Your semantics doesn't change the fact that she isn't a criminal. Until she is formally charged and sentenced, she isn't a criminal no matter what word games you want to play. That's how our criminal justice system works in this country. You know, innocent until proven guilty? But I guess when it comes to politicians its just guilty until the court of public opinion "proves" them guilty huh?

Where did I call Bush a criminal there? I said he committed crimes, but at no point did I label him a criminal. You appear to be creating a strawman.
The Federal Election Commission has strict rules about what you can do with any money leftover from a political campaign. Mostly, you cannot use it for yourself. This will not be filling Bernie’s pockets. Leftover presidential campaign money can be donated to charities or a political party. You can also donate leftover money to another candidate, but only up to $2,000. Leftover money can also be saved for a future campaign.

Comparing Bush' situation to Hillary's situation is apples to oranges.

No I'm not. Don't put words in my mouth.
