MUST copy the original title exactly.

If it was changed, it was changed from what was ACCURATELY copied from the original title per the T&C

speculation ought to follow the evidence, and the evidence ought to be at least somewhat compelling.

actually, you can title your thread whatever you want as long as it isnt blatantly misleading. which you must have missed the last time you posted a thread about cern. hence the correction by your friendly neighborhood moderators.

as to the actual topic, did we ever figure out if there is anything valid at all behind the claims in the video? or is it a hoax as everyone says?

As to the original youtube, I had/have no significant conviction one way or another as to any of the possibilities mentioned in it. It was a springboard toward SPECULATING, WHILE PRETENDING that it was true.

It has been my understanding for all my 11+ years on ATS that such a rule was in effect for the entire site.

It is NECESSARY for copyright reasons as well as for indexing reasons. IIRC, it is essentially, even a legal requirement.

This rule has been the case on every forum I'm a member of on any topic on the net.

You are welcome to re-read the T&C to find the specific reference yourself.

my apologies, i had thought there was at least a minimal degree of content awareness that is exercised within the skunkworks forum. im surprised there arent more moon cheese threads and maybe something about elvis presley joining the men in black to protect the earth from michael jacksons invasion of the body thrillers. because screw corroborating evidence and basic fact checking.

all the reports of "spontaneous combustion" wherein (in some of those cases), the clothes and chair remain relatively unharmed but the body is ashes or some such.

Wellll, then, I'll continue to abide by the many mod exhortations I've read over the years to that effect.

I don't know what to say about not finding it in the T&C.

Next time I'm in touch with a mod, I'll ask them about it. I've never read a thing about it no longer being in effect.
