Let me guess: Her lawyers are with Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher. They also represent the Clinton Foundation and Comey was once a lawyer there, too.

it doesn't matter if a non-classified document was marked as classified! it was marked as classified so therefore it should have been treated as classified until it was proven to be a mistake. So moving it to an unsecured private server is exactly what you are not supposed to do!

why is that so hard to understand?
