Asked and answered. She came in voluntarily. She was not subpoenaed. She came when she was asked to.

Well, judging by the fact that Comey wasn't there, and didn't even interview most of the supposed agents who did interview her, I'm unsure that she came in voluntarily or did anything at all.

It's ridiculous. He is basically saying that yes, what HRC did was careless, but she did not intend for it to be criminal so no charges should be made.

This argument is ridiculous. People are thrown into prison in all kinds of varying situations when they did not intend to break the law.
Ignorance of the law is no excuse

Getting into a stolen car with someone.
Being in a home where there are drugs present.
A parolee being in the presence of an ex-convict unknowingly.
Purchasing stolen property.

The list goes on. The system is corrupt from top to bottom.

Anyone else would be punished either criminally or administratively. If this was any other politician or federal employee they would have their security clearance revoked and have some type of civil penalty in the least.

We are all being scammed as usual.

So a 302 only summarizes the FBI interview notes? No detailed record of the 5 or 6 FBI agents questions and her answers? So we can only rely on Comey's summarization of what a few of the agents said, after all he admitted he didn't meet with all the agents afterwards. What a sham. This whole thing reeks.

She probably stipulated no oath, no recording and no transcripts...for 'voluntarily' giving the interview.

She always stipulates no transcripts.......see paid Wall Street speeches. Next time I'm in legal trouble, can I stipulate no oath, recording or transcript?

I did not know that leaving Americans to die in Benghazi, lying about the reason for the attack, lying about compromising classified material, etc etc was against the law. My last name is Clinton... Mr, Chaffetz....You go, sir!!! So, up to 10 people went through her classified emails and her lawyers didn't have security clearances but that doesn't matter?

Comey is stumbling for answers on this one, ha!!!

Clinton will be brought down because she pulled a Nixon. Nixon was not brought down by being involved in the watergate break in. He was brought down because he lied.

Just as Clinton did.

The other takeaway I got is there is enough evidence to show intent.
