You being "content with letting it go" makes you a supporter, which makes you part of the problem.

Corruption should NEVER be let go.
Justice should NEVER be let go.
Liberty should NEVER be let go.

Scary how un-American you are.

What do you define as justice? Doing the will of a media led witch hunt when the courts couldn't find a reason to move forward?

Sounds like the opposite of justice and American values to me.

Justice was absent because it was government vs government. No win situation.

Justice : the process or result of using laws to fairly judge and punish crimes and criminals.

I am in shock............not much to say.....

So did you think she would be charged? I did and look now.

Get use to it folks.......Hillary will be the next president.

Riots have started for less.....

America is lost and cannot find its way anymore......the enemy is laughing and see how weak and broken the American system is.

I've been saying for months now that Hillary will win in November. We can thank the morons who made Trump the Republican candidate. (I will vote for Trump as a vote against Hillary.)

The US government is corrupt to the core and it will only get worse under President Hillary.

I had no faith in Lynch to begin with (see her support of forcing the "Transgenders in the showers" issue). Bill Clinton made sure Lynch got the message. Lynch made sure Comey got the message. I'm wondering what Comey's Achilles heel was/is.

Under President Hillary the US is finished. It will never recover. The Democrats will control the Supreme Court. The Democrats will amend the US Constitution & Bills of Rights. Free Speech & the right to bear arms will be gone.
Millions of Illegals will be given amnesty and voting rights. The Republicans will never win a national election again.
The US will become a ONE PARTY state -- just what the Dems want.

I am also worried about the effect on Great Britain. This means the Brits are alone. President Hillary is owned by the NWO Globalist banksters. The Brits will be punished for bucking the Globalist agenda and the REAL Americans will be powerless to help them.

I saw that Comey left it open by no recommendations after laying that all out.

Lynch didn't prosecute and that doesn't mean it can't be reopened.

But Hillary still has the cloud over her head and it's even darker now that the FBI laid it out that she is basically incompetent to be potus, besides the lying part of her make up.

She will work hard on her trust issues, when she has time, that is.

Obama can pardon any of her misdeeds and violations with no penalties attached. If he does that, I don't know if it can ever be reopened or not.

If he does that I think it would seal Hillary's fate for sure. So maybe we should be rooting for his abuse of executive authority, if only in this situation? Obama pardons Hillary, Trump calls them both out, Hillary's campaign falls.

Just look at all the threads certain people have posted in the past couple months. Each one saying the Hillary conviction is coming up soon, you just have to do your part and donate or vote for them. Reality is, these Republicans have nothing to run on, and the one issue they did come up with they couldn't even deliver on.

Oh definitely. I've been noting how they have been setting themselves up for failure and disappointment for a while now. It's actually kind of funny to watch them rant and rave now that the obvious result has come down the pipeline.

Hillary was not found innocent. Not even close. The FBI findings supported everything that has been said by those following closely.

It is not over yet. Comey knew that Lynch would not prosecute. I wonder if the Clinton/Lynch meeting this week is what prompted him to take the action that he did.

You lost me after

"Trump calls them both out...."

Why would her campaign fail, is this just wishful thinking again? You lost. Get over it.

Comey's words were that there wasn't enough to indict. Whether you want to believe that or not is on you, but those were HIS words. Not the AG's. You can try to rewrite the narrative all you want, but at the end of the day even Comey knew that prosecuting would be a waste of time.

“our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.” (Source)

The only reason it isn't over is because you right leaners aren't going to let it go for the next 5 years or so. That way we can waste more and more tax money doing Congressional investigations that will turn up nothing new all while you complain about how the government is always wasting our tax money. It's like a sick joke y'all play.

I think the reason it won't be let go just yet is that the use of the words 'extremely careless' have confused the issue. If Clinton was grossly negligent then she did break the law as it stands. However, I think Comey needs to clear up the difference between 'gross negligence' and 'extremely careless' . That is exactly what Comey is going to be questioned on tomorrow by the House committee.

I'm game for that, but only if that is the last questioning he receives. Drawing this out over the next 4 -5 years like the Republicans did with Benghazi is NOT acceptable. At some point you just need to accept your losses and move on.

i think it will be an opportunity for both sides, because as far as i can see the only confusion is with language. If Comey can draw a distinction between 'gross negligence' and 'extremely careless' then the legal back and forth regarding this issue is over. If not then I guess it leaves the view that Clinton has been treated as above the law.

I actually don't think the legal case is something the Republicans should pursue anyway. If Clinton has to drop out then the Republicans will have a much tougher time winning the general election against anyone other than Clinton. The ONLY reason Trump even has a slim chance is because he is running against Hillary Clinton. Sanders would win easily as would Biden.

This is a decent analysis of the situation.

Your second paragraph is a point that I hadn't considered and you are right. Trump's chances are being increased because of Hillary's unpopularity. If the Dems were to field a more acceptable candidate, it would be over for him. I agree about Sanders, he was literally the ONLY candidate running for President with a positive approval rating, but the DNC had to shoehorn the Hill-dawg in instead. Trust me I'm still second guessing that decision, and if it weren't for Trump running, I'm sure the DNC would be second guessing it right now too. Because on the flip side, if anyone other than Trump was running, Hillary wouldn't stand a chance.
