Last time I checked, she still has to be elected to become president...hasn't happened where I come from.
Around here, we see the director of the FBI's comments as loading up Donald Trump to fire cruise missiles at Hillary Clinton during their first debate.
Who said anything about the president?
Why deflect so much?
What is Hillarys answer during the debate when Trump asks her about the director of the FBI saying she was extemely careless?
Are you such a Hillary fan that you can not even admit that what the director of the FBI said about a potential presidential candidate is devastating to their campaign?

Good grief....
The FBI director basically just did a total character assassination on some one who aspires to be the President.

all trump has to do is cite the law and that th eFBI director was wrong because the law does not mention INTENT. Which the FBI verified she did violate that statute although not knowingly. Ignorance is no excuse.

I suspect that might be too complex an argument for Donald trump to articulate. putting aside the veracity of the argument which is obviously questionable.
He has the outcome of an investigation to support his claim that she does not know what she is doing and she has no defence.

He's already doing a good job of using this - by calling Clinton incompetent. It's the attack line she used on him and now it's blown up in her face. It's smart to throw that back at her now we have the FBI statement. He just needs to stick to that. He has the outcome of an investigation to support his claim that she does not know what she is doing and she has no defence.

His briefing sounded goofy to me. Like the decision to not seek indictment was reached sometime back. Why brief in detail saying she violated the law only to say we wont recommend charges?

I get why you guys hope this will be somehow impactful...but this will not flip any voters..It doesn't have the teeth the right wing hopes it does.
The public is very much exhausted with the issue...and the FBIs conclusion gives the last hold-outs that were trying to give damn an excuse to stop paying any attention. That just leaves Trumpites...
The public is more enrapt with Trump's daily SNAFU's...the past few days have him (1) Tweeting an infographic from a Neo-Nazi site with the Star of David that offended Jews and (2) Yesterday he praised Saddam Hussein for executing people without trials...It is daily with Trump...he is his own worst enemy.
Here is a hint that no one cares about the email scandal anymore...
The day after the report ...Politico notes this...
GOP foreign policy elites flock to Clinton

In that same line of thinking, she could point to his bankruptcies to show that he has no idea what he is doing.
What you propose is nothing new. It would not be clever on Trump's part and only precipitates a circular argument in which neither side can take an advantage over the other.
