People like this seriously have NO LIFE. If you're gay and wan't to online date go find a gay online dating site it's that easy.

If I was Christian Mingle I wouldn't bow to NO-ONE'S demands I would pick up my server and move across state...problem solved.

If you are Christian, do you refer to yourself as "Straight Christian"?

Or just Christian?

But i am saying this, and you missed my point i believe.

My point being, that there 'are' Religious people who believe their Sacred Writings and Do live by them, and you don't have to be a Christian or a Muslim/Moslem 'as it used to be called', to understand what that means to them. To them
it has Deep Meaning and to have a small % try to change what they Believe deeply will not only cause Division but Anger amongst other things.

I did not miss your point.

Christian Mingle is a business, not a church.

Belief, according to SCOTUS, is not reason to discriminate.

Churches still have the right to deny homosexuals under Religious Freedom.

I messed up that last post didnt i, i'm no good with quoting.

I Understand that CM is a business Based on a Belief System.

What I want is not you telling me what Scotus believes about Religion but what 'People' in general believe about it.

Like i said, i don't really care, but what the concern was, was how will it effect the Majority of Religious People? It was founded on Christian Principles based on a Book Written by their God. That's what i'm trying to Convey.

Depends on who's running the state.www.wnd.com...

Homosexuals and Christians BOTH have a right to exist as separate people if that is what they want ,otherwise welcome to PC Nazi central.
AGAIN wait for whom is elected, this ought to get hot, which of course is what the Oligarch-ovelords want, to put the US into martial law.

Scientology isn't that old though and Zenu is their god or something daft like that, but yes it too is a religion.

I have decided that I am self Identifying as a Klingon since we can do that.
It feels MUCH closer to my combat roots as a Desert Storm scout, so it qualifies also as a legal president for CREED so I have THAT going for me...
I would try to form a cult but as a Klingon STUPID people dishonor themselves SO....

That is not what Scotus believes about Religion. Scotus has nothing to do with belief. Scotus makes rulings based on the Constitution.

Like i said, i don't really care, but what the concern was, was how will it effect the Majority of Religious People?

Latest statistics show majority of Christians accept homosexuality. Christians are people. People can think for themselves. People can reason what was written thousands of years ago may be from a different context then today.

I was founded on Christian Principles based on a Book Written by their God. That's what i'm trying to Convey.

What are Christian principles? It amazes me that Christians think they have a monopoly on how to behave and treat people.

I prefer these

Solon the Athenian. Solon was born, we believe, around 638 B.C.E., and lived until approximately 558, but the date in his life of greatest importance to us is the year he was elected to create a constitution for Athens, 594 B.C.E. How important is this man? Let's examine what we owe to him, in comparison with the legendary author (or at last, in legend, the transmitter) of the Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments. Solon is the founder of Western democracy and the first man in history to articulate ideas of equal rights for all citizens, and though he did not go nearly as far in the latter as we have come today, Moses can claim no connection to either.

1. Trust good character more than promises.
2. Do not speak falsely.
3. Do good things.
4. Do not be hasty in making friends, but do not abandon them once made.
5. Learn to obey before you command.
6. When giving advice, do not recommend what is most pleasing, but what is most useful.
7. Make reason your supreme commander.
8. Do not associate with people who do bad things.
9. Honor the gods.
10. Have regard for your parents.

WND?

Try again.

Did you know churches are not even required to accommodate the disabled in restroom facilities? And parking, I think.

Strictly voluntary on their part.

Churches are exempt from the Disability Act.

And you think they're gonna be forced to accommodate transgenders?

I don't think they should be.
I think ANOTHER faith should be formed ,as I have previously stated.

To support the individual's right to faith as they believe it should be ,NOT to HIJACK existing systems because they are a political rival.

Doesn't really make any sense to me.

No one is taking away an individuals right to faith.

Owning a business is not the same thing.

If it's being SOLD as a CHRISTIAN product then they can exclude who they wish.
To do otherwise makes it a nominal dating sight.

Its a dating service for Christians.

They can't pick and choose which Christians.

Unless, they become a private club. Not sure how that works online.

It doesn't make any sense.

No one is taking anyone's right to faith away. You can believe whatever you want.

A business is a business. It is not a church. It does not have Constitutional protection of religious freedom.
