That was the thing that got me as well. When discussing general chit chat, like golf games and grand kids, why was everyone sent out of the room.

If that is all they talked about, then doesn't their friendship alone present a serious conflict of interest for Lynch?

From her comments Lynch was asked at the law enforcement symposium if Holder failed to show her anything when he left and she took over. Her response was the lock to the door on her plane. From what ive seen he waited for her plane and then boarded her plane.

It goes well beyond that.. Clinton appointed her as a federal prosecutor in new york when he was president. When she left that position she worked for a law firm that had the Clinton's as their client. The level of conflict of interest is maxed out on this one. Thats why I maintain that any5thing less than an indictment will end Democratic party politics for some time.

Can you imagine the crap storm if it were Trump under investigation and we had a Republican President. The Democrats would set the capital on fire.

I believe all the Democrats are doing right now is rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. Allowing any political appointee to be involved in the decision to go forward or not is a lot like allowing the SS to investigate Auschwitz.

True, but the Dems don't care if Hillary is indicted, they will still vote for her:

The Rasmussen poll released Tuesday found 71 percent of Democratic voters believe she should keep running even if indicted...

Fox News

Indicted or not there will be very little fallout within her party. As long as their team wins, they don't care who leads the team.

Repubs are not much better, imho.

Where were the handcuffs?
They forgot the handcuffs!

Im not talking bout fallout with the democratic politicians. I am talking about fallout from the voters. If an indictment occurs I would imagine it would affect a lot of people who said it would never happen.

Unless I'm mistaken, that poll was of democratic voters.

I freely admit I could be wrong, however.

I also read one account that stated that they entered an empty plane, and not the one Lynch was flying on. Can't find it now amongst the raft of pages I've been through this morning, but that struck me as odd.

Anyone else see that?

No I didn't. But if true, it means that a former President of the United States and current Attorney General of the United States felt the need to sit in an empty plane in a hanger surrounded by personnel with no phones, cameras, or recording devices just to ensure that they had a private conversation.

Think about that for a minute.

Eevry story I've read on this all have the same focus:

The emails.

I don't think I've seen any mention of the Clinton Foundation corruption. Even on the right wing sites. It's all about the emails.

This tells me that the CF aspect of the story is being purposely buried to focus solely upon the emails and the related mishandling of classified information.

That does seem to be the problem they are all trying to shuffle away, the Clinton foundation corruption. Funny how 6 billion goes missing from the state department, that deals with foreign governments and 2 billion ends up in the Clinton foundation from foreign governments. 33% seems a little high for commission but it is the Clintons. I am quite sure she could organize a lot of offshore infrastructure construction with state department money so she could take her cut through "channels." It's only speculation but it looks probable.

Cheers - Dave

Sadly people seems no to notice how the recycle trash politicians seems to come every elections over and over again.

But I been telling this for years but no to many understand what it all means.

So she is in their pockets after all, itsn't that peachy, then people still believe what comes from the mouth of Lynch when she makes excuses for her meeting with Bill.

The Clintons are masters liars they have trained Lynch in the arts of lies very well.

she's rich and has Affluenza virus anyway.

Makes me sick to think about considering she has never held a real job.

Got rich of the backs of the middle class and by selling favors to the highest bidder.

Hang the witch already.

What's even more unreal is people actually support these idiots, and defend them. smh

I'd like to ask a question ... who here is willing to go on record that you will support the FBI's recommendation, whether for indictment, or no indictment?

I for one will. If I have been mistaken, and the FBI prefers indictment, I was wrong, and if not, I believe that will serve to exonerate Clinton, once again, of any wrongdoing.

Who will join me?

The only way Clinton will not be indicted is if the Clintons have used their evil powers to control the outcome.

It will show that the corruption of our justice system is beyond hope.

Thank you Blue.

SO, in your mind, IF the FBI does what you think it should at this point, the FBI is trustworthy, and you would stand behind it, argue from the standpoint of the findings, etc.

And IF that is not what the FBI recommends, then all of your current faith is ... wrong? mistaken? etc? The FBI is entirely corrupted?

No possibility at all that you have been drawn up into a reality created for you by the media?

See, that's where you and I differ. I will "trust" the FBI either way, either outcome. On the record.

No, I did not say the FBI is corrupt.
I believe the FBI has enough evidence, and will recommend indiction if they can.

But the FBI is operating under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Justice.
I do not have faith that the Attorney General is not corrupt.
I believe the Clintons have ways of controlling outcomes of situations, and they have control over the Attorney General.

Look at what happened last month:
DOJ overrules FBI on gun sales debate, says no-fly list can be used for ban

Attorney General Loretta Lynch overruled FBI Director James B. Comey this week, saying the Obama administration does support denying firearms sales to those on terrorist watch lists and that it can be done without harming investigations.

I believe Comey is an honest man, and if it is within his power, he will recommend to indict.
But, he is not all powerful nor autonomous.

So you're hedging your bets ...

If the recommendation is INDICT the FBI did its job.

If not, the FBI has been ... What? Mind controlled?

Do you think if Director Comey were overruled that wouldn't be shouted from the rooftops???

I'm good to stand on what the FBI recommends.
