Please help posting insane YouTube video

Sorry fellow Ats ers love the site been here long time .. Mostly read contribute when I can. Anyway with that said I was flipping around YouTube and an insane video of a guy actually on what appears to be channel 5 .. Guessing local Chanel somewhere and he actually calls out the government false flags the NWO agenda 21. He didn't sound insane like Alex jones does sometimes .. I am just shocked this was aired . I'm just curious if it's a hoax , staged video something . I just can't see this being allowed to air . Can someone please help me out.. Posting this video

youtu.be... I never done it and only have a iPad and phone so it's a head ache to copy and paste and I really don't know how to post videos or pictures and this needs to be up fast if this really aired ..
