All over Europe large numbers of people are very anti-EU. There are parties similar to UKIP in the UK who want to leave becoming increasingly popular and gaining ever larger support. That's quite a problem for those running the EU who want to further integrate the countries and increase the powers of the EU. So how do they overcome this problem, how can they increase the powers of the EU with so many against it?

BREXIT - what better way to put a stop to people calling for their countries to leave the EU.

Ever since the vote the media have been bombarding us with dire consequences to the economy if we leave. Those consequences are starting already, the media is painting a picture of increasing dire consequence to leaving and full of politicians, well known business figures pointing out ways the referendum can be ignored or having a second referendum.

We will increasingly see Britain's economy decline because of the decision until many who voted to leave are so afraid of the consequences they change their mind. I think in the end Britain will suffer some economic pain and looking like it will get much worse and will be able to over turn the referendum result and not leave.

After this political parties who campaign for their country to leave the EU will lose a lot of support too many people will see the cost of leaving the EU as too high. Whenever people voice the idea of leaving EU they will say look what happened to Britain when they tried to leave.

The result of this is a little way down the line the EU will find it easier to gain more powers and further integrate the member countries.

Its a painful process, I myself voted stay but respect the result of the people and support the leave camp now. We will be taking a massive hit for 3 years, after that we will either emerge greater or decline further into depression.

Its one of the reasons the EU is pushing for a quick leave to show how easy it can be to cripple oneself when leaving, thus stopping other countries trying the same as you have said.

That said, you cannot blame a block for getting rid of a trouble tenant and giving a message to others - "Try this and be punished"

Short term financial losses due to panic more than anything vs. Long term financial independence and not having to pay unnecessary taxes will benefit the UK in the long term.

Some other reasons why it may have had the support of the powers that should not be.

BREXIT : A DARK VICTORY

This article and others it contains links to suggest that Brexit was supported by Zionists, Globalists and Neocons.

Dont forget "reports" (that I am not 100% sure about) that the US, Canada and Germany already wish to talk trade deals. I doubt much will change now we have left the EU.

Now that the initial shock has warn off markets are back on the rise , the sky didn't fall in and for the next 2 years the UK is still a member of the EU.
The rise of the markets maybe because they sense what I sense in that the UK is heading for Brexit Lite , officially we will leave the EU but we'll still be a part of the EU.

This is not what I nor millions of other Britons voted for but I feel this is what we will get , my feeling is this is more to do with a Tory coup that a real desire to fully leave the EU.

Never trust a Tory.

Juncker hugged and kissed Farage after the referendum.
The UK never was a "real" member of the EU.
Merkel says there is no turning back after the decision.

You may make of this what you want. Just keep in mind, the continent always considered the UK as closer to the US than the EU.
Me personally I can't get rid of the feeling the public was deceived. And I would be more than surprised if UK & US wouldn't get much closer after the dust is settled.

Perception is everything. Even if it wasn't planned as a con they can pretend it is and carry on.

The people of Britain are about to become the next victims of the ‘Coloured Revolution’ tactics used by Washington and Brussels against democratically elected governments from Serbia to Syria, from Ukraine to Brazil.

Within a few days of the British electorate’s totally unforeseen (including by this author!) grass-roots decision to defy Establishment bullying and waves of MSM propaganda to vote for Brexit, the counter move of the globalists is already becoming clear.

First, a concerted attack on sterling and leading shares to apply financial pressure and justify the self-fulfilling prophesies of gloom and doom of the defeated Remain camp.

Second, massive psychological pressure organised by ‘civil society’ organisations, such as Avaaz masquerading as grass-roots social media protests but in fact funded by Foundations financed by George Soros. The spear-point of this propaganda campaign is at present the petition for a Second Referendum, which has already passed the three million mark, even when tens of thousands of bogus signatures have been identified and removed.

Third, the use of other ‘civil society’ groups, including SumOfUs and 38 Degrees, to conducted rolling polls of ‘progressive’ public opinion so as to ascertain which themes and attacks on Brexit will be the most effective. This is a key technique taught in ‘color revolution’ training course modelled on the proposals of Gene Sharp and now honed by John Carlane, liberal globalist former British Army officer turned head of the Peace Education and Training Repository.

Fourth, the mobilisation of crowds of angry and clearly violence-prone protesters in London and other key cities. Despite the fact that many on the British far-left campaigned for Brexit, gangs carrying Communist and anarchist flags are out on the streets. They are supposedly to defend ethnic minorities (many of whom in fact voted alongside their indigenous working class counterparts for Brexit) but have already been involved in attacks on known or suspected Brexiteers.

Fifth, the CIA/liberal elite’s retained propaganda corps of bought-and-paid-for journalists are lying and twisting flat out to exploit all the above. The aim is to frighten ‘soft’ Brexit voters into changing their minds and to build up momentum for a drive to use the autumn’s expected General Election as a de facto Second Referendum.

It could be fishy, If Cameron really didn't want to leave the EU. He would have accepted a second referendum by now. Most of the ones on the fence would vote to stay to stop the financial chaos. They probably knew how it was going to go in the referendum, most polls give a two to three percent margin of error. He can now blame the stupid public for their own fall in their standard of living.

In what way do you think the public was deceived? I'm not sure of what you meant and want to be sure.

Other than that, I think you are very correct about the U.S. and the U.K. becoming tighter and closer (buds) and that the U.K. was never a "real" member of the E.U..

The Rothschild's made 2.5T from the event.

Now they can implode Britain, Europe and low and behold, they can then usher in their precious NWO slave, the antichrist.

Then on Judgement Day, TPTB will have the full delights of the Lake of Fire for eternity. Fun fun fun and more 'fresh meat' for the daemons.

Deceived, because they thought they made a brave decision while the brexit campaign was clearly designed to make them vote for leave.
The remainers spoiled all their effort with the silly doom-nightmares they painted. I assume they know their people well enough that this scare tactics, if any will have the opposite effect.

Seems I have to re-type this at every new 'brexit' thread:-
the eu has paid the following business to leave Britain, and re-locate to other eu countries, Cadbury's, the chocolate makers, Ford vans, Jaguar/Land rover, Dyson had a loan to re-locate to Malaysia, the British fishing industry has bean emasculated, London airports are owned by Spain, some of the utility companies are owned by the France/Germany axis, most of the nuclear industry is owned by America, and I expect the Saudis will buy up everything else, and the Brits will have to live under sharia law, how many more Britsh jobs do you 'remain' guys want to be exported???
There is another car maker that was paid to send its jobs to Turkey, that isn't even in the eu!!!

British steel industry was destroyed by the eu because the eu refused to put import tariffs on chinese below cost import's of steel.

WAKE UP ENGLAND.

Who is in control and has shares in the company that counts the votes ? In Scotland people were wondering who the 61 % are as everyone wanted out , especially the grey voters after seeing what has happened to the place in last 15 years of open borders .

Me thinks a class war is on the cards , North versus South thing

I can't say that I'm an expert on the issues facing British people or Europe as a whole. But I will add some observations here:

I've been watching the Brexit coverage pretty closely since the news of a possible exit hit the news a few months ago.

All through that time I've heard the media, politicians, and other talking about how Britain would stay in the EU, and that British people like being EU members, and really pushing the stay vote pretty hard.

Then the British people voted out for many, many reasons, not the least of which is a political union for which they'd have to shoulder the huge costs of its failures in due time. Coupled with a horrific immigration policy that dwarfs the issues in the US, and the people simply said they'd had enough of policies they couldn't possibly control even if they voted for it. So they said "we're out"!

Then, immediately after, the British media filled with stories of how stupid and racist British people are. They made news out of google results that didn't really give us any data, but was enough to inject propaganda into. They've publicized videos of ignorant voters saying stupid things. They've sought out or even fabricated "regretful" voters. The US media is just as bad. It's like an international shared agenda. The media now tells everyone that the Brexit vote was a win for racism and xenophobia, and how this is what represents the British people.

I think was is happening as a result of this vote is the exposure of a con. One perpetrated by governments, the media, and especially the EU. What is happening in the media and the responses of government officials is damage control. It is also threatening the UK. The EU as an entity will go out of its way to punish the British in any way it can.

The EU was a step towards the NWO's One World Government... until it started to fall apart. Now its dissolution is the next nefarious step on the part of the NWO conspirators.... That's the nice thing about Conspiracy Theory: no matter what happens, everything is going according to The Plan.
