I didn;t think you needed validation. But I contribute to all kinds of threads that are not politically motivated. Someone tried to say similar to what you said a week or so ago. I didn't know how to, but another member brought up my authored threads since like May 26. There were a good amount and 99% had nothing to do with liberal issues for or conservative issues against.

How does a vocal minority reinfore itself with stars and flags? The main threads being churned out like a factory are by conservatives, moving conservative content from unknown sites, dropping it here and gaining stars and flags for zero effort.

This site has become as far right as one can possibly get. Whether that is intentional on the part of outside parties or just a sign of the times, I don't know, but this site used to be more centered than it currently is.

Now that i feel i have sufficantly kicked some ass on this thread

And given that its now almost 3am and i am sitting by myself getting drunker, I think now may be a good time for me to finish this bottle of whiskey and drink myself to sleep so that i can get of to sleep and sleep so i can sleep as tomorrow i am sure this thread will be full of members rying to say i am wrong on this despite knowing deep down that in my first few posts i destroyed any and all arguments they may have had against wha t i am saying.

I have also just realised how arrogant i get when drunk.

The government is consisted of both Democrats and Republicans, not just Democrats. If your issue is with the government then your issue should be with both sides not just one.

How much "Cred" does one require before one can tell another to do anything?

I have more flags than you does that mean i can tell you to stop posting or are we basing this on total number of stars in which case you would be the one with the cred.

Also how how much cred does one require before you can say that another member does or does not have enough cred to write a post you do not like.

I'm a registered independent. I can agree with both a republican and a democratic issue. Sometimes I can't agree with neither party! Having said that, I can understand where the OP is coming from. I don't care for Obama, but I swear some posters do nothing but search the internet and create threads on anything to blame him for! You're not being honest if you're a conservative and don't notice it! It's a blame game and both parties do it, yet I have to agree with the op, there are a few posters here who are always pushing their conservative rhetoric.

It seems some staunch conservatives and liberals seem to think their party can do no wrong. Let's be honest with ourselves, both parties are lying, self-serving, self-absorbed, influence peddling, power hungry and neocon chicken hawks! Why do we even choose one side over the other? Why do we have to defend these parties when a majority of them could care less about us!!

People have power in numbers, yet they defend and support legislation and spending that go directly against helping the people in which our governments is supposed to serve! We the people shoot ourselves in the foot by becoming divisive and supporting trillion dollar spending plans for military and black projects, foreign aid, occupations and overseas conflicts! All on the backs of our hard working taxed dollars! It's exactly how our government keeps us from controlling their agenda. If we cut back on half of this spending, just think how much we can start paying down the deficit, and provide for the programs that citizens have paid into! Most of these funds have been embezzled by our legislatures to pay for their over-spending!

When congress public approval is at a measly 13%, voters should be firing each and everyone of them! So what do we do, we keep voting these same self-serving legislature back into office time and time again! Since when should a political office be a life time career? When we have legislatures who are into their late 70's, have served over 20 years in office, receive great pensions, healthcare, and perks, no wonder why they don't want to retire! We justify their outrageous salaries and benefits, and than turn around and support legislation that will cut our own measly salaries, pensions, social security, etc....
