Developing countries want to keep John Ashe, their appointed designee, in the chair again this year, despite the current practice of annual rotation from developed to developing country chairs.

The FOIA location loads fine. Seems like pretty dull stuff and the US 'cautioned' that the rotation could get messed up.

Developing countries want to keep John Ashe, their appointed designee, in the chair again this year, despite the current practice of annual rotation from developed to developing country chairs. New Zealand has nominated Adrian Macey, who has broad support from Annex I KP Parties. While not an active voice in the debate, the US has cautioned that a breach of current practice may set a precedent that could create problems next year when Daniel Reifsnyder, of the US, will rotate into the AWG-LCA chair.

So, did he die of a heart attack or was it blunt trauma to his trachea?

Westchester County’s medical examiner, said the cause of death – traumatic asphyxia – was determined during an autopsy, according to the Daily Mail.

I just watched a very chilling video on Hillary. Of course I lived through the Clinton administrations, but it was interesting to see so many of her crimes over so many years discussed in a video.

So it's no longer a heart attack...but asphyxia.

Dr. Ashe’s death was caused by “traumatic asphyxia” due to a neck injury he suffered while lifting a barbell, according to an official with the Westchester County Office of the Medical Examiner. Dr. Ashe was on a bench while lifting the barbell.

Earlier reports incorrectly said that he died of a heart attack.

The damage from a crushed throat could easily hide any strangulation signatures.

Ron Brown refused to be the years' sacrificial lamb. He would not go quietly. He'd been in the game long enough. He felt he'd earned the right to walk among the senior wolves. Pick another lamb. But, no, the wolves had their rules. Ron was not running with the other wolves. He was doing his own thing. He was no better than the sheep. Wolves run in packs. Ron wasn't a pack animal anymore. He was ripe for sacrifice. Ron was upset. If they messed with him, he'd out all of them.

Ron forgot what type of wolves he'd been running with all these years.

The coroner said that Ron Brown was the only causality of an aircraft crash that just happened to have a bullet hole in the top of his skull. A strange place to get a wound like that, from a falling aircraft. But, the X-rays have all gone missing. So, we will never know what Ron meant when he yelled out his refusal to go down quietly.

And so it goes...every year...another sacrifice of a lamb.
