Shark Week Starts Tonight

Discovery gives us this awesome week every year. I hope it's more like last year, nice pieces. Not like 2 years ago. That disgusting mockumentary about the Megladon.

The mockumentary was fun in a jumping the shark sort of way.

I just wish their campaign spots for Shark Week had been as entertaining as in years past. I've barely noticed them this year.

They are essential to our survival. One of the most important parts of the earth's ecosystem. Please watch:

Well Shark Week kicked off last night. I loved the Shaq and Riggles show. It was hilarious. I could have done without the Bear Grylis one though. Just him doing a Steve Erwin bit. Yawn.

They played that one before the week officially started. My grandson was riveted to the TV. Sat through the commercials and everything. We have another shark fan.
