I think you misunderstood what "all men are created equal" means mate.

Agreed. The OP title is just a bunch of fancy words.

Remember that phrase: The pen is mightier than the sword.

That's what those words are like ... they are false and dangerous.

I would never say above women glances at wife, but we are definitely below cats. Any cat owner will tell you. That's why I love cats so much. I have to.

more or less equal in terms of basic, foundational standing before God with more or less equal rights as one begins life.

It is a philosophical VALUE, belief, construction on reality that our Republic was founded on supporting the notion that all citizens have a right to be treated more or less equally.
