Amazing you can’t see this is not about Hillary.

Its about your daughter, your sister, your wife…etc.

Hillary won’t be as good or bad as any of these rotten presidents

But trying to give the feminine energy a chance can be determinative

It can make the race better

Do you think Truman was a good president?

I will say this, the debates will be much more entertaining this way.

Can you understand that its important to bring woman in the power structure.

That’s the issue of this OP the commentators can’t understand.

Their so brainwashed into political strife they can’t EVER get beyond that matrix.

Their stuck in the mud of dispute

Deal with my point that America started badly but within its beginning was a seed of hope as they brought slaves and murdered Indians.

The hope was in an idea of freedom that has EVOLVED where now we can have a black president and a woman nominee

Woman couldn't even vote up until the 20th century
If one cant see that as progress then one is blind

Their heart is dead

What the hell?

Women are part of the power system. They serve as justices on the supreme court, secretaries of state, ambassadors, congressmen(congresswomen?) and senators. They can become CEOs of major corporations.

They can do whatever they want. America is an equal society. Anyone, regardless of sex, race, creed, can succeed.

In theory of course. We do have to consider the powers that be, and how connections and wealth are far more important than you know, actually putting effort into things.

But all of the above has happened, and will continue to happen.

You have bought into the SJW "Patriarchy" Propaganda.

People should be judged on their merits, actions and beliefs. Not arbitrary things like their sex, skin colour, etc. When it comes to Hillary's merits, actions and beliefs, she stinks to high hell. A truely horrible excuse for a human being.

So no, I won't accept this bull# candidate and celebrate the first woman nominated to a presidential election by a major party.

This exact same horsecrap was spun when Obama was elected, and look at how disappointing he turned out to be. A complete puppet of the powers that be. Hillary will be a far greater puppet than Obama was.

As a "first" it's just not good. It's on par with your son's first girlfriend being a hooker. There's little to admire and certainly no innocence or inspiration.

What's the point of having the first woman nominee or President if it's someone so wholly divisive and unprincipled? Has America sunk that low?

Annie where have you been?

I've been fighting the shark infested waters without you. Good thing I'm tough.

Victory for all women tonight.

I was in no way trying to say anyone was or is more oppressed than anyone else. I was making a comparison of historic milestones. Why would you assume that I am a male chauvinist from that statement?

I just wanted to add. You support Clinton and celebrate her victory because she is a woman. How pathetic. A woman won woo hoo! I have a great amount of respect for women. Anyone that knows me could vouch for this, but really this is pitiful

I’m not celebrating Hillary

I’m celebrating the advancement of humanity towards total inclusion....balance

I don’t like Hillary

CAN'T I GET THAT THROUGH THE THICK SKULLS HERE!

JESUS H CHRIST!!!!

Not true. The United States of America is about the equality of result, not opportunity. Of course this is with sarcasm. However, it has become somewhat true in a way in recent years.

What’s the good in having America when in its first years of existence it enslaved half of Africa and slaughtered millions of Indians?

You see your logic fading into oblivion!

So. She's a woman. Woo hoo. Doesn't matter the quality of woman, so long she is one. I understand. I'm not the one with the thick skull. But keep on insulting an old man(relative to others).

I know it’s like a milk warm tribute…Hillary Clinton?

But its progress…

For us who believe this rotten world is too much devoid of the feminine principle tonight is a step forward.

The beginning of a small crack in the male dominated egotistical macho-man world of violence and destruction.

Hopefully better woman than Hillary will follow her and make the world better

Congratulations!

But it sure is a crying shame it had to be a known liar and criminally minded woman. In which case this is no victory for women, not even a little bit.

Well, everyone had slaves back in the 18th century. It was the established norm. People weren't going to accept such radical ideas as the abolition of slavery.

Slavery was not a racial issue globally. Blacks enslaved other blacks, Asians other Asians, Whites other Whites and so on. Did you know that White slavery was a thing in the United States? A lot of people seem to forget that. A small minority of the overall slave population, but they were there none the less.

Many of the slaves taken to the United States were sold to them by Black rulers looking to make a quick buck off literally selling their own people

Slavery was horrible of course, and totally unthinkable by todays standards. But back when the United States was founded it was the norm.

Slavery still continues today, and i don't mean things like "wage slavery" or "slave-like conditions". I mean actual, full on slavery. Mauritania is particularly bad.

Oh jeez, you're completely detached from reality now. Half of Africa was enslaved by the USA? The USA slaughtered millions of Indaians? Where do you find this stuff?

By your own logic, America had to evolve beyond and make up for slavery and native genocide. And you are trying to compare the evils of America's youth to the evils of Hillary Clinton getting elected. So, by that reasoning, are women going to have to spend 2 centuries making up for the evils Hillary Clinton commits?

Thanks I was really getting upset with the posts . It's incredibly that the significance of this moment in our history is lost in that dark fog.

I didn’t mean you only

But I’ve crashed your logic, my friend…by analogy

You judge Hillary as no dam good, fine no problem, so that negates her femaleness and the historical gain that FINALLY a woman has a major party nomination.

So you negate anything that starts out problematic.

You negate evolution

Things evolve from bad to better to good

One day now your daughter can be president. Hillary made that possible

It was possible for my daughters to be president BEFORE Hillary, too. She didn't rewrite the law or anything. And you continue to contradict yourself with the analogy of America's evils.

Hillary didn't make that possible. THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA made that possible.
