If you are capable of 'thought', 'emotion' is a natural feature/consequence of 'thought'!
'Feelings' are 'thoughts'!
'Emotion' is the physical manifestation of 'thought'.
The schizophrenic/pathological act of attempting to deny that which exists is insanity!

Rather than vainly, ignorantly judging 'spiritually aware (Enlightened) people', perhaps you can become one, and then, rather than vain imagination, there will be Knowledge!
Knowledge = experience!

During 'thoughtless' moments, Zen moments, there are no 'feelings' or 'emotions'...
For moments on end!

But even in thoughtful moments, there are no 'feelings/emotions' to be perceived, at times!
