Thanks friend, it is a true story. Happened this morning over my dead step dad. His body is still here in LA waiting to go to his birth place Detroit. I had 6 text from a probate lawyer. Telling me I need to turn over his wallet, keys to his house and his car. Also that his daughter who never talked to him will have everything.

I replied. I said well now I just want his body to rest that is all. I don't want anything else.

He even went as far to tell me the daughter does not want you at the funeral.

I said that not going to happen, is she feeling guilty about something and does not want to face me?
No reply.

Yes it sounds like guilt is getting to her....one can hope.

You did what you should have when he was alive. He knows how much you and your mom cared for him. Let her fight over the worldly things, you had his love.

Thank you, that is just it, worldly items money, houses, cars, she can have everything and your right she can never have his love. The funny thing is she is going to get a big suprise. He changed his will two weeks ago and it's all going to my mom, lol. Let the lawyer dig!
