There has been a trend over the years toward a kind of gender confusion. I believe part of it is deliberate. Parents encourage little Billy to play with Barbies because guns are dangerous. Men are afraid even to be chivalrous and open doors for women for fear they might be a feminist who will beat up on them. When society takes certain things too far it becomes extreme. The answer to the patriarchal suppression of the Divine Feminine is not to become feminized men but to appreciate and value the feminine spirit in everyone. It doesn't mean men have to become women and suppress their masculinity. Feminised males are naturally submissive/passive so are more likely to boast about being conquered then complain about it and low fertility means their genetic line has come to an end anyway and they will proudly embrace that too!

Actually obesity is increasing so a lot of those stick figures you see are a dwindling poulation. Also weight increases with age, so you'll see a disprortionate number of young skinny people. Despite that, it's the obesity which is hurting our military because htey can't find enough recruits to pass their tests.

Hence the tests will probably be lowered. Not good, maybe. Thenj again, technology is advancing and maybe it's not so bad. Truth is our body is becoming less meaningful. Have you seen those exosekeltons which assist the soldier to keep the moving fast and carrying heavy loads? In less than 50 years this tech will enable a cripple to run 20 miles. I'm not even sure if it's people who'll be fighting our wars anyway--Skynet?

As to the OP, well, I think these things matter less and less. Wars will be less likely on Earth and I think you'll also see that aggression can be something both woman and men have. Just because men historically were the fighters and hunters doesn't mean woman can't be with some effort and luck. Medical and other tech will render a lot of these concerns antiquated. You don't have to like all of this, but I think it'll happen anyway. It's called progress.
