He claims he killed 5 because he thought they were werewolves

I have one small problem with the claims of a psychotic break. He claims that he killed them because they were evil, and were werewolves, but he also claims to have killed four because a voice he believed was the devil told him to do so! So, he killed them because they were evil, because the most evil being ever told him to?? Makes no sense.

Makes me wonder, honestly, if he's not faking the whole thing.
