Equal rights is always the clear winner.
So, the rights of pedophiles need to be adhered to also? How about the rights of FGM believers. How about the rights of white supremacists? You allow one tiny minority, you need to allow all minorities their rights
While businesses are required to provide restroom facilities for their employees, not every business is required to allow customers to use these restrooms. If a company chooses to allow public access, they must ensure the facilities conform to local plumbing codes and to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

You have not told me the point of your analogy.
And no transgenderism is not a fringe belief. It is well documented and well researched in medicine and science.

Are you seriously suggesting that instead of being tolerant and letting these people pee where they want, they should experience the indignity of wearing adult diapers?
Hey that's being intolerant to diaper wearers.
According to PC liberal logic, that is another hate crime you are propagating. The PC police will not tolerate your intolerance, prepare for a life behind bars with those criminal thoughts.
Are you posting from prison? You're one of the most hateful posters on this site... way to shatter the "we're all victims of PC" delusion.
Yet only accounts for .03% of the population. Or some such number
Public Restrooms Business establishments are not specifically required by any Federal law to provide public restrooms. Some States however have adopted mandates for public restrooms in some locations and in some facilities. The American's With Disabilities Act (ADA) along with some State building codes do require that new and renovated public restrooms comply with accessibility standards and guidelines. Federal law does require that employers make restrooms available for employees but no federal law specifically requires businesses to make public restrooms available for customers. Americans must rely on public restroom mandates adopted via individual state or local ordinances. Consequently, many businesses' restrooms are not public restrooms and may legally be closed during certain hours, limited to employees or completely closed to the public. There are public restroom organizations such as the American Restroom Association that act as advocates for the availability of clean, safe, well designed public restrooms. We owe many thanks to such organizations for the level of access to public restrooms that we enjoy today. Much work remains to be done, specifically the enactment of Federal statutes mandating public restrooms. www.publicrestrooms.com...

Not every state requires a small business to open their restrooms to the public, though it’s usually good for a store’s reputation to do so. A business in a state that doesn’t require public access may choose to keep its restrooms for employees only to save on operating costs. However, several states including Illinois, Oregon and Texas have passed versions of the Restroom Access Law, a regulation that requires a business to open their restrooms to a patron with a legitimate medical need.

Which Rights...
List them for me so we can discuss this, roll...
You've brought the thread to an interesting point and you're discarding it.
Which Rights?

They only compare because you are selectively choosing aspects of both things and narrowly defining them in a sensationalist way. You know DAMN well that people don't self-identify as adult diaper wearers and don't demand equal protections because they have to wear them (outside of standard disability access laws that apply to all disabilities equally).
Not every state requires a small business to open their restrooms to the public, though it’s usually good for a store’s reputation to do so.
I must say, I imagine the majority of transgenders just want to pee, however this law opens up a real can of worms, because perverts will take advantage of it.
Yes, they will, no doubt about it.
